I would leave zero if I could. They are not up front about how they do business. I had an excellent credit rating and wanted to downgrade a couple of cards. The repercussions from what they do are far reaching. If you're really in trouble even bankruptcy would be a better option for a lot of people. The effects from bankruptcy last 7-10 years but you can build your credit back. These people wait till the card companies charge you off and then they claim to negotiate for you. By that time you have no credit, and the collections they send after you will still go after the full debt and ding your credit every month. This also last 7-10 years but you're still responsible for full payment. I'm lucky I researched this and called the card companies myself. I also have had to call all of my other companies, even the ones that were not enrolled because I was blacklisted as being with this service, even after I quit. Even accounts that had nothing to do with this service were either downgraded on the credit limits or closed altogether. They even went after my fiance and he has nothing to do with my financial issues. Buyer beware! I was lucky I figured it out after three months and withdrew on the fourth. I wouldn't trust a single company like this out there. I'm sure this is how they all work. The card companies were more than willing to help me especially since I had an excellent history with them. They destroyed in a couple short months what I spent years building. I have no idea why they're listed as real estate investors. They do nothing of the sort. Never ever ever seek help from these people!

This program that is supposed to help I have been doing for 24 months now. They have made my life much harder. I got sued 2x because of the requirements required for them to help you means stop paying all your creditors and let them go to collections which dropped my score 100 overnight. Still l9w score, pating one collector and they take more than the debt collector settlement agreement. They lie and say you can pause payments and they understand if you have financial hardships but they don't and they will scare you and harass you until you make the payment you said you financially could not. This company is a scam Once I am done with this last agreement which all the others that I previously enrolled I SETTLED ON MY OWN SINCE THIS COMPANY WILL NOY FIGHT FOR THE BEST DEAL FOR YOU TRUST ME. I SUGGEST YOU DO THE SAME S**** THIS BUSINESS THEY ARE CROOKS BANKING ON YOUR FEAR. ITS PATHETIC. . Stop calling me , I gave you the survey you guys ****. You can't fix it since you are liars I can't wait to find the way to sue you all

This company is a joke. You cannot even get to the right department. You get transferred multiple times and on hold for an hour. They are helpful when trying to get your business but after that forget it! Do not use them!

they were supposed to be getting me out of debt, fairly, but I found out they actually, take your money for negotiating with creditors, a lot, and give your debt relief very little help in a timely manner. I was suppose to pay off 6 credit cards, now *** only letting them do 3 that they started, told them forget the others, ill work with them on my own, costing way less. they are a RIP OFF company, I do not recommend them to anybody, bankruptcy would have been better and cost less.
