    National debt relief said that would consolidate my bills and had me to fax my bills to them and the amount kept changing and I talked to so many people and they finally said that I didn't have enough debt after I had fax my information. I went to the library to send the fax.

    On 4/14/23 at 10:57 AM I was speaking to enroll specialist name, *******. He demonstrated some unprofessional behavior. Every time this specialist would ask a question he would never let me the consumer answer, and when I did, he did not like my answer so as a result, he proceeded to hang the phone up in my face. I did call back and spoke to ******** after 11 this morning and she apologize for that special this behavior and I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and I was placed on a brief hold only to be told that a manager. Will contact me back, but as a result, another representative named, ***** called me from the same company, trying to help me with my dad. I merely told him that I wanted to speak to a supervisor, and if they can remove my number from their listing until I speak to one of their managers. This company is not a good company to seek any type of debt relief. They are rude and very unprofessional on the phone and never getting to the point of why you are calling and asking constant repetitive questions when youve already answered and not really allowing the consumer to answer the question before interrupting now this is the worst experience that Ive ever had with a company.

    This business keeps calling from different 800 and local numbers.They say they offer credit card debt relief services. I have told them numerous times. I DO NOT have credit card debt and to remove my number from their calling list. The call starts with a recording from an *****************************. Then a foreign speaking person comes live on the line. I ask to speak to a supervisor, whom is always busy with another call.This is one of the numbers that calls. ************ I have told them this is bordering on Harrassment and to not call me again. The person tells me they cannot do this. Nor can they place my number on DO NOT CALL list.I am also on the National Do Not Call Registry. This needs to stop. Period.
