    I had called them for a mold rediation in Bov 22. Now its Dec 24 and still havent received a *****. They know exactly what to tell you to keep you off their back for a while. There have been too many excuses and let downs to list. But they had me sign a POA to let them sign my checks to deposit into a separate account. I know the total amount they got was close to 20k. They cashed all the checks ending in Dec 23. I felt like I would never hire a public adjuster again. But I got a word of mouth recommendation for a different PAvwith my moms claim. Told him about my predicament will All Element adjusters. He was very upset at the fact they are giving adjusters such a bad name. I have heard some horror stories about them now and never would have hired them if I just knew their BBB Rating was an F. 20k may not seem like a lot but my kitchen had been in disarray since the initial claim. My new adjuster I hired is going to file a complaint with *** today hoping that will put things in motion. I hope u are reading this prior to hiring them as you will either never get paid. I am still hoping for the best and know its in Gods hands now. Dont get me wrong Im not giving up. Just want to get my home fixed so I can sell it. This is upsurd. Do yourself a favor and never ever hire this business. I cant believe they are not imprisoned for how they have destroyed so many lives. Buyer beware I guess. This is ridiculous and now Im the fool for not checking the BBB Prior to hiring. Hope you are reading this prior to all the headaches caused by them. They even signed my names to my checks which I was able to retain from ****.
