    I was contacted during working hours and on my work line which is a violation of my company's policy. I informed the caller of these restrictions and the need for contact after my business hours or during a time I was allowed to step away from the work area. While he acknowledged my concern he continued to pursue a conversation. I repeated on three occasions that I was not allowed to take personal calls at work and that his contact placed my job in jeopardy. After obtaining a phone number where I could return his call after working hours he continued to contact me again disregarding the statement made notifying him that his call was a risk to my job.

    The only reason United TranzActions, LLC would have contacted any individual would be if there was a problem processing their payment or their payment returned unpaid from their financial institution. It appears that back in November of 2024 the consumers payment was returned by the consumers bank as Insufficient Funds.
    It appears that the consumer is not being forthright and is using the BBB in order to avoid payment of a returned unpaid transaction. 
    The consumer communicated that he was going through difficult times and requested a payment arrangement which was granted.
    To date the consumer has not paid.   
    The consumer is more than welcome to pay through the website ************** if that will make him comfortable.

    I bought a car my down payment didnt go through having financial problems. They called harrass me.

    United TranzActions, LLC (***) is a private company engaged in check guarantee and payment processing service for merchants throughout the United States, which means if *** guarantees checks for its Merchants, *** is obligated to reimburse that Merchant if the check returns unpaid for any reason based on a Service Agreement between *** and UTAs Merchant.  UTA Agreements are proprietary. 
    The only reason *** would have contacted any individual would be if there was a problem processing their check or their check returned unpaid from their financial institution.
    As stated by the consumer, he purchased a vehicle from a UTA Merchant, and presented a check in the amount of $6,000.00 representing the down payment towards the purchase.According to **** records the check was deposited and thereafter returned,insufficient funds.  
    Please be advised that *** has contacted its Merchant and returning the unpaid check to the dealership, and will be closing its file.

    Wrote check at car dealership which was denied by United Transactions with no explanation. There was plenty of money in the account to cover the transaction and the teller at the bank could not understand why the check was denied. My credit rating is excellent. I had to go to the bank and get the amount in cash which put me in a uncomfortable position.

    I have been attempting to resolve a check verification issue with your *** for the past three days to assist my dealership, *** ******** Buick, in processing payment via check #**** in the amount of $30,132.36.Despite having well over the necessary funds in my account and providing supporting bank statements, including a joint phone call with my bank confirming the checks validity, this matter remains unresolved. I also sent an email to your corporate office and have not received a response. Additionally, I followed up with two more phone calls, all without success.This delay has now left me without a vehicle going into the long holiday weekend, causing significant inconvenience. I am requesting immediate assistance and a resolution to this matter.

The decision by *** to approve or not approve transaction for guarantee is akin to a contingent extension of credit (if the check is returned unpaid for any reason). *** reserves the right to decide which transactions it will guarantee and which transactions it will not guarantee as a matter of its sound business judgment. As a private company, *** is under no obligation to approve any person's check for guarantee, and its risk decisions are within its own sound business discretion. The consumer could easily arrange to make payments at the subject merchant by purchasing a certified check at a bank, paying in cash, using credit cards, (if credit cards are accepted by the merchant) or any other mode of payment. Finally, the dealership always has the right and ability to accept the consumer's check without a guarantee from ***. That would be a business decision for the dealership with which *** would have no involvement.

    On March 11, I have emailed *** but have never received any response.     This company has contacted my parents and family members who are elderly and they dont have any business contacting them since I didnt have them as referral or emergency contacts. I have ask them to stop contacting them and they havent stop. They have my phone number, physically address and all my contact information and they still bothering them.

    According to our system using the phone number provided by the individual it appears this is a Business under the name J L E REMODELING presented to one of our merchants.  The check was returned from the bank for insufficient funds.

    I was contacted by a representative from this company about a check written to a car dealership. The representative told me there was a problem with the check written and they couldnt locate my account. I do not know this company or why they were authorized to contact me. I contacted the bank and they explained the check was run incorrectly. I contacted both this company and the dealership. When I told the representative I had no dealings with his company, the check was run incorrectly and communication should only come through the dealership he became hostile.

    For informational purposes, in order to address the consumers concern about not knowing this company, United TranzActions, LLC (UTA) is the check guarantee/payment processing company for this merchant as well as merchants nationwide.  It is important to establish that *** is not just a payment processor but a check/payment guarantee company.  In a typical check guarantee transaction, for a fee and subject to the terms and conditions of our Service Agreement with our Merchant customers, *** agrees that if a ******************** is returned unpaid for any reason, *** will guarantee that check by reimbursing the Merchant for the loss the Merchant incurs because of the returned check.  *********** agreements are proprietary.

    United TranzActions, LLC  apologizes to the consumer for any misunderstanding between the consumer and UTAs representative.  *** is committed to ensuring that all its representatives communicate with consumers in a professional and civil manner. 

    According to the system, this matter has been rectified with the merchant as it does appear this transaction was processed incorrectly.  *** hopes this answers the consumers questions.

    Reporting unverified, inaccurate information of a past debt that is no longer owed to them which got paid to the debt buyer by myself. A declined transaction #********* on 11/16/24 for the amount of $6,055.00 presented to merchant ****** of Hemet through UTA verbal authorization line was improperly denied causing undue financial issues relating to the financing of my vehicle purchase. This writer and consumer reached out to *** for an explanation and was advised of a sold debt still remains on their files causing for my California drivers license number to be declined. *** was unaware of debt being paid and asked this writer to fill out a VIP Preferred APPLICATION for check writing approval. This doesnt seem proper to correct outdated or incomplete information in there systems and needs correction immediately.

    My original complaint has not been read or responded too. Information is being reported negatively by this business and they are failing to supply me the required information with their source. If I owe any bad debt on file please bring it forward to my attention now; If not, this notification serves you that anything existing up until this date thats unpaid will be considered as satisfied in full and closed at a zero balance.     My husband wrote a check to a furniture store. United Transaction contacted myself and my son ( who is an adult that doesn't even live in our city). How did they get our contact information. They said they were trying to get a hold of my husband. Why didn't they have his info? He's the one who wrote the check. I'm very worried about a breach of information by this company. How do I and my son know that our financial assets and fruit cards are safe? My husband talks to the co tact person and she said it wasn't her. Nothing else. Was offered. The check issue itself was finally sent resolved, but not without loosing our furniture delivery today because the store did t have the check.

    United TranzActions, LLC (UTA) is the check guarantee/payment processing company for this merchant as well as merchants nationwide.  The only reason *** would have contacted any individual would be if there was a problem processing their check or their check returned unpaid from their financial institution.   The only information UTA is given is the information from the merchant in order to process the check.  The merchant receives its information from the individual writing the check.

    UTA is not sure what the consumer is looking for in this situation,  If the individual needs further assistance they may contact ***** at **********************, he is one of UTAs Directors.

    Just trying to get some clarification . I issued a check to a vendor from my ****** ***** investment account . I verifed there are ample funds in the account . We are at a complete loss of understanding as to why this service denied guarantee of our check . Very frustrating as we are a long establish company with very good credit and have not ever had any issue with a vendor accepting. our checks as payment
