They have you in a class course for weeks not getting paid just to not take you on board. So you have wasted time in class course for free.

How Arise Screws The ************* Them Fired!Than why do we have it and why are we coached to use it in certification it should be done away with this was something Arise created a few yrs ago and ITS STILL DONT WORK like they advertised it to So i am no longer going to use the self serv opt and I will adv those around me not to as well as tell my IBO to tell the company not to as well we all need to req inperson help immed outside of the vpn so that no time is wasted trying to get the pop up behind thinkscale One sec while I post in our FB group that per PS do not use Self Serve as it doesnt protect nor report your tech issue. Go str8 to liv e support everytime even if its a wait go there and req req req I am so sorry for the inconvenience that caused you Unfortuantely , No waivers are provided for self-service ticket.I dont need to waste a courtsey waiver for an *** ticket that was already given for that time we talked so what time is the courtesy waiver covering?Arise has got to do better omg....I either want the courtsey ticket to cover the time I reported the issue can that be done?and I thought that C Waivers are for when its not an Arise system issue,,,like your lights going out?Unfortunately, we cannot provide you courtesy waivers for 04/17 and 04/19 dates since it has already been more than 48 hours. This was an Arise system issue....The Tech person literally took over an hr fixing five9 are you kidding me It hasnt been 48 hours from the 4/19 issue that issue was at 12:30 Its only 10:15 and ill be sure to let the client know as well why this issue is effecting agents CA% and could be poss putting agent in danger of SOW violations due to the Arise system I was told to contact you by Tech Support May I know the what request ?did you read what I posted?it literally shows you exactly how the conversation went on 7/19 Yes, I did Now the client blames you, the agent for low CA due to Arise crappy systems hardly working, slow support and terms your SOW

I have been waiting for a paycheck since January. Everytime I contacted partner support someone would assure I'd receive my pay the next pay cycle that is two weeks apart. So far they haven't paid me for 3 pay cycles. That's 6 weeks not counting the two weeks I worked to get the paycheck. I let them know I wouldn't be able to pay my bills and the emotional stress it's causing but no help.

Arise is terrible. There is no support. I accidently created a duplicate account i forgot i worked for arise back in 2012. A Chat representative deleted my old account and id number and gave me a new id and password. after exiting the chat i tried to log in and it said the credentials for my new account were invalid. here it is a month and no response ive emailed millions of times to try to get back into my account and nothing. This company should not be in business AT ALL they are so heartless

Trying to contact Arise and speak with a live human is impossible. Their website is set up to prevent this. There is an AI bot that is useless. Trying to get information or correct a problem is next to impossible. The job situation is sometimes good, but the selections are often limited. There is also an attitude problem with the people who do work there. Pay and salary need to improve. A LOT.

Horrible company. Stay away from them! I worked with Arise since 202o and out of the blue they just terminated my account. I dedicated a lot for that company for nothing! They did not even tell me why they terminated my account!! Stay away from them!!!

They hired an individual who stole my husband’s identity then sent us the 1099. They are SO smart and did their due diligence with their special background checks when hiring this idiot that they couldn’t put the pieces together. High five!!

I asked for help to correct my Birthday. Spoke to someone via chat, **** told me to get a hold of my recruiter and they can fix that for me. I couldn't find my "recruiter" Then, I reached out to chat again and was told to email Registeration. I did and missed the first email but emailed back. I received an email now stating I have to speak with Partner Support to have my Birthday corrected for the Background Check. I'm being lead in circles and I feel like I'm being scammed. I spent my last ***** for the Background Check and now my BIGGEST worry is not being refunded after the link expires.

This company sounds good when looking for a remote job to be able to work from home. But when you apply and realize all of the stipulations that come with it, it can get discouraging and frustrating. You have to be hard wired with every piece of equipment used and they make you download a whole lot of things to your personal computer while also telling you that you cant have your virus protection. You have to train for a month or longer for 4-6 hours FOR FREE!!!!! And if you dont attend every training day you get dropped. Then you do not actually get trained as instructors dont even answer your questions all they say is have you researched this question. So when you start you really know absolutely nothing!!! To make matters worse when you start they cap the hours that you can work and at any given time can go in and delete your entire schedule and make you REMAKE Your schedule. Which is difficult because you have to play hungry hungry hippos to even get any hours. And then the expectations that they require of you are unrealistic but if you dont meet them your SOW can be terminated..
