  we been trying to get help from someone with arise no one has been able to help any of us we been working for 2 months with no pay I went to partner support to report this, and no one will listen no one cares this is not only for me is for 30 agents with no pay kahlcenter llc has refused to pay its agents has refuse to answer any messages and refuse to let us go several of us have try to speak to her about missing money and she will not answer back not able to move ibo and i just lost my sow i can't work because of her not paying and no letting me go I have 2 clients on 98 CA did everything on my side to be a good agent and because she refused to pay us and arise refused to help us with her I'm going to have to leave its not just me its several agents

  This company have you going thru long training, have your stress level max. Then when you get certified with clients an have issues with phone system. All they can say is you terminated but unable to contact anyone for help. I followed the protocols that I was taught in training if the phone system is unable to pick up a call. Did this for several days, because my line would go in an out at all times. But instead of receiving help they terminated my SOW. Which no one never contacted me about anything, or asking did I need any help. Even after placing my concern in the chatroom.

  This company lacks morals and accountability. I certified through one of their classes and started working. I received a SOW from the client and had great metrics and QA evaluations. I went to log into work one day and received invalid username and password. I tried resetting my password and never received a link in my email. My IBO told me that my profile was inactive on arise. I received an email from arise saying to speak to my IBO about it when arise knew that they had terminated my profile. No one was honest about what was done. I received an email as many complaints on here stated saying that my location and identity was a security concern. Now, I know this is a lie because I have worked for this company for many years. They have several notarized copies of my Drivers license as well as photos of me and my drivers license side by side. This company is very scam like. They hire too many people and when they dont have a valid reason to terminate you, they pull the scam of saying you were a security concern. Thats why they send us a link to verify our location and ID and although everything checks out to be correct they never reinstate your profile or SOW. It was never their intention to rectify the issue. As a result they have the desired income to get rid of you in the most deceitful way possible

  WAS ACCUSED OF FRAUD AND THROWN OFF THE PLATFORM!!! Cut my funds and ability to work with no proof. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE used anyone's info fraudulently. They should be ashamed at how many lives they mess up and don't care. Should be shut down! ***************.

  Their customer service is basically non-existent and if they do respond, they are absolutely horrible! I don't even want to give them 1 star b/c I have been trying to get someone to help me with registration. Total scam and most definitely would not recommend working through their platform for any reason. You have to jump through hoops just to create a profile before you can even find work. Too many people are complaining they are not getting paid so definitely looking elsewhere. Someone needs to investigate their shady business practices.

  Terrible! Their system does not record employee time worked effectively which means that most of the time, you know you have logged in and worked x amount of hours, but when you receive your pay, you notice that the system did not capture all the intervals you worked. Nobody wants to work for *********** are tough! Where did the missing hours go?

  I have been with Arise from 1.5 years. The pay is so low but people will take it if its a work from home job. You have to pay ***** per paycheck to them just for using their platform. They don't pay for training. You go 1 month without pay during training. They make you sing and dance like a puppet. They make you pay for equipment and background check. There has not been a single raise in those years. The systems are terrible. You get tech issues all the time and you are not paid for that time. They are just greedy scammy business. I hope they shut this place down. By the time my paycheck reaches me I can afford like rice and beans.

  I have been working for Arise for 2 years now and recently, I have been working the coach client. Arise has not paid me for hours that I have worked several times now stating that they have no proof that I worked the hours that I have worked. If you want to get paid for your work, Arise Virtual solutions might not be the best option. They don't pay you for training which is fine with me, but when I start to work and they don't want to pay me for those hours, that becomes a huge problem for me. Honestly, I love working from home but arise makes it difficult when they don't pay you for hours that you have worked. I would give 0 stars if possible, but 1 is all they will get from me.

  I have been an employee of Arise for over two years and I am a resident of ********. However, Arise recently decided to restrict services from my state, leaving me in a difficult situation. I specialize in servicing the Turbo Tax program and I was never informed that I could not continue doing so until today. This sudden change has left me in a challenging situation for the next four months. I find the actions of Arise to be highly unprofessional and it has significantly affected my life.
