            Ezra Ivey gave an estimate of $735 to do replace rotten wood behind a section of gutter, put gutter back up so it does not leak like it had been & tack up small section of vinyl ceiling that was coming loose on back porch. He told us he could do all of this including taking down the gutter & putting it back up. 5/27/21 @ 8 a.m. Ezra came to do the above. He completed it and was asked to correct a couple of small things that did not look good which he did. He was paid on 5/27/21 with check***** $735. It was cashed on 5/28/21. 6/2/21 he was contacted bout ceiling coming down & gutter leaking between the roof & gutter more than they were before he repaired them. 6/23/21 said he would put vinyl back but gutter he couldn't promise. We never heard from him until I wrote a review & e-mailed his website 9/13/21. He offered to give $100 back & he was not interested in fixing. All texts saying this can be provided. Not enough room to provide below.

            Ezra has been so wonderful to work with in getting a quote and getting our porch designed. When we added a last minute change, he was very accommodating and was very quick to provide an updated estimate to meet our needs. Such a joy to work with!
