    I've spent over 6 weeks and more than 100 hours on the phone with Fridays. They've taken money and refuse to send the product I've paid for. Its impossible to have speak to anyone, phoning to ***** and all replies are scripted. ******. Unfortunately, I've lost $359 and now the customer service literally hangs up on me when I call.

    This company is horrible! I joined their program and prepaid for 3 months. I received one month of meds and then ordered my next dosage literally 1 day ago. The provider visit went well and she prescribed a branded med (I was taking a compounded formula). I was told that customer support would contact me to let me know if there is a price difference and work out the details. Instead, I received an email from the company telling me that my account was cancelled. There was no reason given. I called customer service to find out what was going on and was told that there is no information that can be shared with me. I replied that if all the information is in your records and you have cancelled my account, what sense does it make that you cannot tell me what the reasons are. To this, the agent acted like I was asking for Government secrets and said that she's said all that she can say. Someone will call me. WTH???? This makes no sense. There was absolutely no reason for the cancellation. I prepaid for my services; I'd only received one dosage to date and they decided to cancel me?? I'm in the middle of my weight loss journey and for no reason, Fridays cancels my account. I hate them for what they did. I hate them even more for how they are handling this. This way of dealing with people is wrong. This was uncalled for!

    Billed me for product that was not received. Misinformation regarding shipping, pricing plans, and medication. Over charged for what they claim to have shipped.

    Everything was going well until my May medication arrived damaged and spilled all over inside the plastic bag. I instantly contacted them with pics of how it arrived. Four days later they acknowledged the damage and said they would get my replacement to me. Now, five calls (lastist an hour at least so they can review) and promises to escalate a message to the pharmacy they still have no idea where my med is. I am missing my second does today and their promise to have a manager call within 48 hours has come and gone. **************** **** are not able to help but apologize a lot. I have also sent several emails that are answered by a bot. Now I will fight for my refund because they did promptly withdraw my payment. Beware!!!
