    I have cancelled my subscription with Fridays health and they continue to charge me 300 plus dollars continuously. I want my money retired and fees for my account being negative.

    Hello,
    Thank you for taking the time to bring this to our attention. Ive reviewed your account and want to provide full clarity regarding the charge in question.
    Your payment was processed on October 26th and successfully refunded on October 29th. While the refund has been completed on our end, its important to note that depending on your banks processing times, refunds can take 710 business days to appear back in your account. During this time, you may still see the original charge or a pending reversal reflected temporarily on your statement.
    I can confirm that:
    The refund was successfully issued.
    There is no active subscription on your account.
    You will not receive any future charges from us.
    If your bank requires any additional confirmation or if you need anything else from us to help expedite their processing, we are more than happy to assist.

    9/25/25 $149.00 Weight loss program never received the package and they wont issue a refund.the business keeps blaming the carrier of the package and stated that they are unable to cancel or refund the order, per the tracking saying its been delivered. (NO PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED). Advertising on all social media platform and no the business as no direct contact number to speak with anyone. only contact info on their website is the standard live chat with unable agents.

    I met with a provider at joinfridays for a consultation so I could start taking tirzepitide for weight loss. We talked through the process for starting that journey because ***********, which I had been taking previously, makes me so sick, and I was exceptionally clear that I wanted tirzepitide. They charged me the price for a three-month supply of compounded tirzepitide, and sent my prescription to the pharmacy. When I received it, I took it as described on the instructional piece of paper. Ive been so sick for weeks since taking it before I discovered it isnt tirzepitide at all. Its the cheap ***********. They lied to me saying they were ordering me tirzepitide, they charged me the outlandishly large price for tirzepitide, and then they switched my prescription to cheap *********** without telling me.

    paid JOINFRIDAYS $896 in advance for 3 month supply of terzeptide. consultation with provider on 06/30/2025, email received that prescription sent to *************, no information or tracking number received from pharmacy about medication being shipped. called customer support, they said wait 5-7 days. after 5-7 days and still no shipment notification I had another provider consultation on 07/08/25, received another email after prescription sent to rush pharmacy. no email or tracking information sent from pharmacy that medication was being shipped. called support again for the 3rd time after no email from pharmacy and this process was repeated a 3rd time. As of 07/14/25 no medication has been shipped to me or received. I called customer support and requested a full refund of $896 and they are refusing. Any assistance you could provide to refund my money due to no product received would be greatly appreciated joinfridays contact info ************** email ***********************

    I created an account on 6/25/25 recieved my order on 6/30 after many calls and text just to received the wrong dosage. I reached out to Fridays to get a resolution either the remaining 3 weeks or my money back and it seems like they arent trying to do either. I was told to reach out to the pharmacy. Im a customer I dont do business directly with BOOTHWYN FRIDAYS DO!

    I was charged but never received 2 doses of GLPI medication from Join Fridays. I have asked repeatedly for a refund totaling $718 both verbally and in writing. I cancelled by subscription on 6/14/25 and received written confirmation that my money would be refunded in 5 - 10 business days. I have not received a refund.Prior to cancelling my subscription, I repeatedly requested tracking information for the prescriptions I did not receive and was ignored.

    I signed up for the program and read everything I could find to make sure this would not be harmful to my health. No where does it mention a certain thyroid level, or thyroid at all for that matter. I have paid $650 for useless started doses only to be denied today to get a refill that would actually do something for me due to my thyroid level being slightly over their protocol cutoff. If I had known about this limit, I would not have signed up. It would make sense to mention the thyroid rule as many people with thyroid issues have weight issues. They go ************ I feel that they know this as they have many healthcare providers working with them and I have been scammed. I feel hopeless, fat and now poor. I would like a refund. I called and requested one and they said there's no way since I received the medication. (two months of useless started doses)

    I signed up for Fridays Health for weight loss. I paid my membership. Was promised medication for this fee. I have requested meds 3 times. None of them have been delivered upon. I was cancelled with NO explanation and a promise of a call back. And someone from escalation department was to give me a call. ****!! So I have called several times along with messages. NOTHING but a AI generated answer. Today I called for the 5TH time. I was hung up on after being placed on an almost 10 minute hold. I want this resolved! I am tired of being ignored, hung up on, made promises that never have happened and meds that have NeVER been sent.
