      Offer Embroidery but your items will come without it. Dont waste your time or money not once but twice they couldnt get it right

      Placed my order with them 3 weeks prior to the start of school. It has now been several days past my expected ship date and I haven't received any information regarding my order or shipment status. I have called about 10 times, each time it's at least 40 min to get someone on the phone. They don't know anything, they have no solutions. They suggest I go to the store and wait in a 2hr line to get my more information regarding my order. Absolutely zero customer service. Horrible experience. Will never be purchasing from this store again.

      Placed an order 4 weeks ago, emailed customer service this week since there has been no updates to my order. School starts next week and have not heard back and dont know if I need to purchase temp shirts for school or what. Every year service and communication gets worse

      My sons shirt came with a YM 8/10 Ibiley vinyl patch over the brand shirts logo (Premium Wear) which said the shirt is size 10/12... i called the company and all they said was the manufacture printed the wrong size on their shirts... So Ibiley slaps their own patch to cover it up.. The shirt is too big.. its not the correct size... they most likely were out of size 8/10 ( Ibiley) so they covered up the 10/12 size..with their own logo saying size 8/10..... snow job!! Take your business to anither company...

      Unfortunately Ibiley is the company my childrens school chooses to use. I can only assume they do not have children and have never had to order through this company because if they had theyd know its extremely less than par service and not at all cheap. I will focus on most recent poor experience, my 15 year old ordered a sweater online, took a couple weeks to receive (ok yeah yeah yeah its 2023 it shouldnt take that long to screen print anything) next their sizes are so far off from being accurate or normal, a large is like a 1x or more. So my daughter received sweater to big, cant exchange have to return and because they also wont pay return shipping not I just paid $15 for return on a sweater that cost $27.94 and shipping paid to get the sweater $10..what a scamso now Ive spent $25 in shipping total , Ill have to wait for an extremely slow refund and do it all over because no other company does our uniforms. Worst company ever, good luck trying to find local or a live person.

      Placed an order 7/8 and as of today 8/13 order has not shipped. Called on 7/29 was told by Izabella they shipped it and I would get tracking number. 8/5 no tracking number so I called again and spoke to supervisor ******* was told that it did not ship and it would ship Monday 8/8 . 8/9 called again and was told by ******* she called ******* store and they were shipping by Friday 8/12, Called today 8/13 and order hadnt shipped , ******* office wont respond on status and supervisor wont take call , was told to send email. We are 3 days from school starting and my daughter has no uniforms. Do not buy here gathering signatures to have schools change vendors, this company has no respect for customers.
