      I placed an order for my son School shirt Till this day i havent received the order I called email and I get no answer! Horrible Business!!

      Absolutely horrible customer service. ******************** posted ibiley would be onsite at 5pm today 8.28.24 at ********* in *******, **. At 456pm they are now pulling into the school gate. 5pm they are trying to get the generator working til 6pm they gave up and decided to move to use the school electrical power. 615 1 customer is being serviced by all 3 associates for sizing and product. Asked if two lines can be made if you know exactly what product and size you want. The answer was no. For what reason I have no idea. Employees with no sense of urgency or business mind or critical thinking. Two lines would make you to get out faster and parents to get out faster. 1 employee help customers with sizing needs 1 help with picking products for customers who know exactly what they want and 1 cashier. This is why we send our kids to school to be the opposite of these people employed.Quality is horrible. Bought a pants with no school logo from their on campus school sale. Pants buttons ripped off after 1 wear. Shirts piled after 1 wash.BBB needs to do something. Will report.If you are going to have this monopoly and not have people in place to support the business.And multiple reviews just like mine.Lely and **** ***** to hire employees that can critical think. And some leaders not just worker bees.Sustainability is false. Company has return policy for their own branded clothes that failed their manufacturing checks.Bought a pants should have had school embroidered logo and did not have and would not return.

Further investigation showed our team was initially on track to arrive to the event at 4:08PM, however there were unexpected delays due to heavy rains and subsequent traffic along their route. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, as we do our best to ensure timely arrival & set-up. The set-up location is provided to us in advance by the school. I am sorry we were unable to make the initial setup location work, however I am glad they were able to find a suitable alternative to continue with the event. We appreciate your points regarding trainings we may offer to our staff for improvement. These points will be shared with leadership for future events.

      Rest assured, there is no monopoly, & our service to your school is based on a contractual agreement.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      You haven't the size of my son needed. You take a money that I need to buy uniforms to my son. 

      This is very unfair, considering that families are buying uniforms for public schools and we believe that they should protect us against acts of this type.

      I'll send a formal complaint to the federal consumer protection agency FTC because I do not see any valid reason for your company to refuse my refund request. It is important to note that I attempted to return the items within just two days of purchase.

      Upon reviewing your order, I do see you made the purchase in store. Unfortunately, stores are unable to process refunds and are only able to process returns for store credit.

      However, as long as the product is in new condition and does not have a patch applied or a name embroidered, you may mail the product to our returns department to receive a full refund for the order. The attached form includes the return address. Please include this form in your package so we know which order to reference upon receipt.

      I am rejecting this response because: that is not my order # and the response was very vague. Why cant I get the uniforms. They are the only company that offers the school logo patch so cancelling the order is an easy way out. Why cant I get the order???????

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is not exactly satisfactory to me. But the company wont take accountability as to why my order wasnt sent in the first place. I went into the store to make a physical purchase and was met with more disappointing news, at this point I have no choice but to wait on this unorganized, monopolized company. So Im going to close this complaint, but definitely not happy.

      I have purchased my children school uniform since July ******* and no one is answering emails or calls on when I will receive my products and now I have resulted to ask for a refund and no still no response.Mind you it is now August *******. Well over the 14 days they ask for ****** This company needs to be shut down on how they run business if they cant keep up with orders.

      I ordered my sons school uniforms for delivery more than a month in advanced. I called a week before school start date to check on my order. I was told it was finishing up and was to be shipped and delivered that week. After no sign of my order I began contacting the company by phone but could not get past the automated menu. I finally got thru after 3 days later asking about my order and was told it was ready to be sent just held up by embroidery. Sending them out now would mean I most likely wont get them before my son starts. Im currently standing in line during a record heat wave trying to get into the store location to pick up my order. I am also a teacher and need to be spending this time getting ready for the school year. I am beyond frustrated with this experience and dont recommend this company. I will be trying to find a loop hole around them if my school requires this company.

      Received 2 of 4 items ordered - I have tried contacting support for several days now to no avail. I didn't receive my complete order, and the packing slip included with the order is not even mine. You sent me someone else's slip (a PII concern), and I don't have the uniforms for my son to go to school on Thursday. I ordered online on 7/16 for convenience and waited almost a month for the order, only for you guys to get it wrong and not answer your phones. Please help!

      On July 19th, I placed an order for 4 uniform shorts for my son to start school as they are REQUIRED. Today is 08/12, school starts on Thursday 08/15 and I still do not have my shirts. I received an email saying my shirts were ready for pick up upon arrival they were not there. I called again and was told that the request was expedited, but no answer as to when the shirts will be ready. I am requesting a full refund and they have yet to honor it.
