    Its a scam. This company sell you a vacation program while on vacation and then give you only 5 days to decide if it is feasible for you and your family. You cannot determine such a program while on vacation! Once we were planning a vacation through the program the offers and promises were not as the salesperson stated. There were several representatives giving us sales pitches. It was very overwhelming and stressful. Although we were declining another representative would try to offer more promises. The pressure was unsurmountable. Now we are hearing the option for a refund looks null. We paid $6500.00 with the hopes of family vacations in the fall/winter holidays but its not attainable with the fees, charges, and airfare required. They sold us a dream that is not attainable. We are hardworking blue collar workings with the hopes of buying family hopes of time together in paradise. We were shown rooms and suites at our resort as the potential of this program which is not accurate as we navigated the system. Its a scam!!! The resort we were on vacation at was a great backdrop of what could be and UVC are benefiting them. Its a facade, a fake and not credible reality. It is deplorable Unlimited Vacation Club takes advantage of working families. There needs to be a Class Action Lawsuit against them and their business practices.

    We are trying to cancel and were told that we have to pay 50% back of the original membership price. This is not stated anywhere in the contract. We were assured we could cancel at any time. I am currently waiting on a supervisor to call us back. Please call us back asap. We have contacted our lawyer as well. We are currently out $2700.00. All we are trying to do is cancel.

    I am extremely dissatisfied with the services received after paying over $10,000 for Unlimited Vacation Club in 2019. The company promised benefits but in reality delivered very little. I could not travel during COVID. One of my benefits of VIP week expired in 2021 during the time in which I could not travel. Yet I was required to continue making payments during that time. When I was able to resume traveling, UVC would not consider allowing me to use the expired benefit or any comparable benefit. I have tried resolving through customer service and managers of customer service as well as emails with the member services email. I feel like the company scammed me out of thousands and the benefits they offer are still more expensive than other travel programs or the services were not delivered for the money paid. I was hoping for resolution, but have been very disappointed.

    AVOID. We signed up on our vacation at Secrets ******************. We stayed from July 11th - July 17th. Upon signing, we were promised 2 weeks stays at $299/each week then 30 weeks stays at $599/each week. We were told this would be for ANY hotel in the catalog. NOT TRUE. Only options are s***** choices. Also, when we called representative, she mentioned she never heard of the $599/week offer. I took a photo of the paper the rep at the hotel wrote and it clearly says $599/week. This is just one of the several offers that turned out to be not true.This contract is terrible, and this company should be shut down. I want OUTTTTT.

    This company is a complete ******, they use high pressure and alcohol to entice people to purchase future vacations. They lie and tell you that you can schedule at any of their participating hotels. We purchased a $5000 dollar week long vacation for the future while we were in Cabo and when we were ready to use it in CostaRica, we were told that we only qualified for three days. We were already in CostaRica on another trip and we wanted to be done with UVC because of all of their high pressure emails and phone calls trying to upsell us. This company will rip you off in a split second. AVOID THIS COMPANY they get 1 star because I can leave negative stars!

    This company is a scam. I am tired of fulfilling my obligation to them each month for them to back door me with an annual fee for what exactly? They have never guaranteed a trip to me even after I have continously paid my monthly fee. They have locked me out of my account. I am not going to pay an annual fee for nothing.

    On August 23 2023, my wife and I signed a contract with Unlimited Vacations Club while at a resort in ******. Being on vacation, we had already starting drinking alcohol before leaving the ***************** to head over to our meeting at the ************** with ***. The meeting was suppose to start at 10am but actually did not start until 12 noon or so. In between time while waiting on others, we were served champagne on top of the alcohol we had already consumed. Before signing the contract, were made to sign a document stating we were not under the influence of alcohol, despite informing the presenter we were heavily intoxicated. The sales team kept us in the meeting for four hours!!! We were insistent that we were not interested in the package, but were there for the discount message to receive the private dinner on the beach later that night being it was our Anniversary. When the clerk was unable to convince us, he brought his manager in on the meeting. Once they wore us down and broke our spirits with pressure, a third clerk had us sign the document's with the manager remaining present. We were not given time away from the table to discuss amongst ourselves! After returning from to the states, we paid the *** membership fees for a total of 9 months. After booking our Anniversary trip in May for August of this year 2024, we realized that this entire situation was a set up, and waist of money. We called *** wanting to cancel our membership moving forward as promised we could at anytime with no penalty, but the manager on the phone indicated we needed to reach 50% of the membership payments before we could. He failed to show where in the contract it states this. Because it doesnt! I will be asking my bank to return the monthly payments issued for 9 months due to being intoxicated, scammed and pressured. This company needs to be held accountable, and should be stopped from taking advantage of intoxicated vacationers outside of *****************.

    The absolute worst. DO NOT JOIN! They only want money from you. They say all these things to get you to sign. They lie and tell you your kids are free. Booked my first trip and found out I had to pay. They told me no blackout dates. Guess what, there are lots of blackout dates. This thing is useless. Their customer service is terrible and you wont get not one ***** back. I checked out of their resort 3 days early because of all the issues I was having and to date I can not get my money back for the nights I did not use. They are con artists. DO NOT JOIN!!!

    They lied to me. They told I was going to be able to use it all over the world. It is only good in the *********, ****** and a few more. Now I have paid them thousands and thousands of dollars and I can't even use it.

    THEY ARE CON PEOPLE!!! We will never travel with them again. The customer service at ********************** is terrible and not willing to help. We booked another vacation while on honeymoon with them and was told we had 2 years to use it. When calling up they told us it expired 6 days ago and cant help us. Being said it was only a 1 year 6 days when we purchased not 2 years which we were told. So they just took our money and are unwilling to help. We will never use Unlimited ever again. I advise my fellow vacationers to go SANDALS over Secrets and Dreams / any Unlimited vacation package.. Sandals was a much better experience, better food, and definitely better customer service. After 2 *********************** and over 10k spent and an attempt to spend another 3-4K you guys declined because of a 6 day expiration date that we was told different.Well done.
