Bad customer service. Total scam. They charge yearly fee that was never in the contract. Do not fall for this like we did!!!!!!!!

If I have not gone on vacation.I have to pay $180 every year for something that I did not benefit.One of my biggest mistakes is that I pay $10,000 to this scammers .I will never go to any of their resorts, Breathless, Dreams, Escape Zotry, Secrets

Avoid Unlimited Vacation Club!We were lured into a presentation at our all inclusive resort while on vacation in ****. We were told the presentation would only take 90 minutes and we'd be rewarded a special dinner and other resort rewards just for attending. Once starting the presentation we were bounced around at least 4 different people in 3 different meeting rooms.They presented us a list of discounts we could experience in future traveling all over the world. We could even pass along discounts to immediate family members. We were so overwhelmed with information and 3 hours into it, we agreed and just wanted to be done so as to go on with our vacation. We bought a membership and really did not know what we'd got ourselves into. We left the presentation with no contract in hand, no information, just a little packet with a card inside. They said our "contract" would be in our email. Once returning home we studied what we could about the contract and the supposed "benefits" of UVC membership. We were so misled that we were furious. We immediately tried to cancel and get our payment refunded. They said we could not cancel after 5 days. Coincidentally that's why they give you the presentation on your first day of vacation, so by the time you get home to learn all the falsification it's to late to cancel and get a refund. We finally after 3 months got our refund back after a strong fight supporting us against UVC from our credit card company. If we ever travel anywhere and someone mentions UVC presentation to us again, we won't to be able to turn around fast enough and go. UVC is Scammers all the way! Stay clear! By the way, we had to leave a star rating and 1 was the minimum to accept this review. I would say UVC deserves more like a negative 5.

This club is totally the worst. We were told all inclusive only to see the resorts look like motel 6. We been trying to cancel for months with no avail. We received an email offering 0% interest now only to be told that is not happening and to cancel over 3200 needs to be paid . Was also told that we got a call 3 days after vacation to cancel even though the 5 day grace ****** which we were not told about was during our 7 day vacation. This club is a scam all we want to do is cancel. This is an entire scam and mess.

They tell you when you sign you can cancel any time with no penalties. That was a complete LIE among many other lies they tell you when signing the ****************** scam!

What I paid for this I could have gone on 3 vacation with apple vacation and not have to join a membership. All you are doing is paying to get a discount that is not discounted as they claim in the sale pitch. I give it a no star and warn everyone to not listen to their bs sales pitch. I would not recommend this vacation club too many other options with better price and no membership fee

A complete scam. Why the *** is not looking into this? Immediately after you arrive at the airport in ****** at the information desk, or other vacation places, they will make contact offering a breakfast, low price tickets to any resort . They seem nice so its hard to tell them no. Once at breakfast they go into a whole parade of people and speeches until you out of fatigue (because 40min became 4 hrs) convence you to sign a contract with false promises . The worse thing is even if you realized what just happened to you and cancel within 5 days to get the money back, your precious vacation is ruined and replaced with a nightmare. These people are evil they take advantage of hard working people who just wanted to have a nice vacation. They take money from retires, single parents , etc without any remorse .

I would give it a zero but that was not an option. Absolutely poor service, poor options and dates, and limited value when it comes to using the marketplace straight up. I got out but it cost me $$ just to be part of this clown show.

There should be an option for no star ! I never got to use my **** package not because I wasnt traveling often everywhere I went was significantly cheaper for their same network of destinations. Almost when I wanted to walk away they purposely kept me on hold for upwards of an hour. Never sent documents said I would get call backs nothing.They constantly push the blame around departments it felt unprofessional yet INTENTIONAL like the presentation lots of PREDITORY TACTICS. Yet if I wanted to book, they PICKED RIGHT UP!! SMH, Today I forced a rep to experience what I was going through and we finally got someone after a 30+ wait time they sent a letter Im out $3120 and if I sign its worded like an *** but ******* did not disclose that big tidbit either. The deception is never ending Im back on hold prior to signing.

SCAM!!!!! Do not do this for any reason. I am a member and the benefits do not exist. No room upgrades, or special privileges. I bought a membership and was told that i could book preferred club rooms and my contract says different. of course i can pay for the upgrade. **************** told me basically your contract says this, so that is what it is. My contract runs out in **** and i will not be renewing. They knowing lied about what was in the contract. I love AMR/ Hyatt resorts and have always been pleased with the properties.
