3 starsi am trying to book my vacation and all that is left are hotel rooms. i joined the time share group and at that time paid up front dues for 10 years. last year the same thing happened. The year is only half gone and there are only a few places left. I will be speaking to interval soon about this issue. Hope there is something they can do about it. I feel like there are places to go but my membership is not platinum or Gold.Interval International, Inc.

1 starI have used Marriott Vacation Club and Interval International for many years. Recently, I went to schedule a vacation and found my account was deleted, told I had not used the account, had no remaining weeks left, and that I did not pay my current dues. Truth was that I used a week 12 months ago, I had two weeks left plus an extra certificate, and they cashed my dues check but did not apply it to my account. ********************** told me it was a Marriott problem, ******** said they could not do anything because it was an Interval problem. I was constantly transferred back and forth between the two companies and neither one could "access the account" because it was "the other one's fault." Very disappointed. And they are simply "sorry."Marriott Vacation Club time shares and Interval International are hard to deal with, expensive, and impossible to get out of if your situation changes. There are fees for absolutely everything. I do not recommend entering into an agreement with them because in the end, like in my situation, you will be out weeks that you paid for with no recourse. Do your research before spending your hard earned money here.Interval International, Inc.

1 starConfused, dismayed, and now in debt for services I can not use. The false promises of services and guidance are unjust. We have attempted several times to use the services, but we get the runaround and cannot use or book the services as explained when we purchased this expensive package. When trying to schedule hotel stays, using the holidays lounge and interval was MORE costly than scheduling with my membership, and when we did book with the program, it turned out the company used ******* to book our stay. The add-on packages and incentives can still not be claimed. We were given Live Nation tickets, and none of the codes work; the EuroPlus free 3 weeks is another incentive we cannot utilize. Due to the dates and the country we wanted to travel to, they are unavailable. It was the same for the 3/2 stay in *********, we paid the deposit, but when we tried to schedule the days we wanted, they were unavailable, but we were returned our deposit. We also had an issue with the package sold to us. Our contract states we purchased the Platinum Package, but it showed Gold when we logged into the portals. We agreed to the platinum package to use the highlighted incentives. When we attempted to discuss our concerns, we were asked to send over a copy of the contract, which is still unresolved. Another issue is that they have the wrong first name in the system; they are using my middle name as my first, and we have mentioned this several times to Interval and Holidays Lounge. This has been a horrible experience and stressful as we are paying for services we cannot usReview fromAmy M

1 starHorrible stay away from this place. We have owned this time share for over 30 years and we went to one of those update meetings they require we were told we could upgrade to use it globally so we did that so we would have more options $10,000 later we can't book anything they never have availability anywhere. Yet they want those yearly fees every year and they keep raising them every year as well. I have not been able to book any travel at all through them in over 3 years nothing is ever available but again make sure your yearly fees are paid or else. We are done and we are not renewing with this company any longer. In all the reviews I have looked at which is a lot there was only two people that were happy with them. How are they still in business? Liars, fraud, thieves.Interval International, Inc.

1 starFraudulent activity, false advertising, bate and switch website tactics, gaslighting customer service. This company should be investigated by the *** for mass fraud for not rendering services through deceitful tactics, changing reservations, misaligned communication between email, mail and phone correspondence. This is a billion dollar scam business and people should unite and submit another class action suit.Review fromLeo G

Interval International (II) is a total ****! DO NOT JOIN IT’S MEMBERSHIP! I purchased a “luxury” condominium years ago in Las Vegas and II partners with them to exchange week. I was told that with II, I would be able to secure same quality luxury 2-bedroom suite that I purchased “anywhere on the world.” I deposited my week in 2023 and have been trying to find somewhere to use it. Turns out I am limited to their “Resort Directory” which is 90% low-level quality vacation clubs. Nothing on their directory even comes close to what I deposited. It’s so frustrating. I’m just giving up on that week. STAY AWAY!!Interval International, Inc.

1 starVery unorthodox business practices. I booked Hotel reservations only to find out that the information on their website is outdated. Thought I was making reservations at the ******************, At. Found out that the hotel was bought out by the Radisson 4 years ago. Interval allowed me to rebook using a credit stating there would be no charges unless I exceeded the credit with the exception of a minimal fee. They told me to find a Hotel Id rather stay at on the ********* website, which I did (Hilton Express completely different address); cost of rooms per night $202. I did not exceed the credit amount but was still charged $318 (two transaction amounts of $159 each) in addition to the minimal charges. When I called to dispute the charges based on what I was told by the agent I initially spoke to, I was told that the charges were not made in error and that they are not responsible for outdated information indicated on their website. Apparently they do not ensure to upload accurate Information in their database at least annually nor do they take responsibility for outdated information. LET THE ***** BEWARE!Review fromLynda M

1 starI have been a member of Interval International for over ******************************************************************* other locations. I am now dealing with a discrepancy in credit given for payments made to upgrade the type of room I wanted to exchange. The exchanges were never made; therefore the upgrades for which I paid for do not apply. Normally, you are refunded the upgrade fees when the exchange requested doesnt happen in the set time period. On March 4th, May 22 and 29th, 2024, I made requests for exchanges. I was billed $229.00 for each date. Each one was paid by my credit card the day after the requests, March 5th, May 23rd and May 30th, 2024. None of those exchanges ever transpired. I did receive a credit of $229.00 on July 17th, but I dont know which exchange that was for. That leaves two dates/fees that were not refunded, which is a total of $458.00. I contacted Interval International and spoke with customer service, who passed me on to a man named ******. He claimed I was reimbursed $229.00 on two different dates, to a credit card that ended in numbers (0688). I checked with my credit card company and they have no record (nor did it appear on any of my statements) with those two credits. I explained this to ****** but he just brushed me off that his records indicated I had been credited and that was that. I contacted my credit card company again and explained everything, but they insisted there was no such credit given by Interval. They also pointed out that I had paid $99.00 on Nov. 8th, 2024, which also never exchanged and was never refunded.I called Interval again and the agent spent over an hour trying to figure out the problem but only came up with he couldnt help me. I asked to speak to ****** again, but he said he didnt know how to find him.Review fromMary R

1 starHorrible process for reserving. Website doesn't work to book reservation half the time. Take a full day off work to book a stay if you decide to join Interval.
