      Three calls, three different answers.My parents are members, I was able to log in to their account two weeks ago and called the office and ask about parents available week this year and transfer fee which was 79 dollars and account was in good standing. (I know it was as it had been used recently by another family member), I tried to book this week with my spouse and password and account no longer working, called again, they claim account was inactive since 8/22 and I would need to pay 99 on top of the 79. Person on the phone was rude as clearly this is a commissioned position. Stated he would transfer me, but actually disconnected me, called back with a different equally non responsive person and it's now 79+99+329 for the week. He told me to get a piece of paper and a pencil so that I could keep my facts straight. Not worth my time or money getting into this web, my parents membership has expired, I will not recommend they renew.

      I paid extra for * trade plus. with II. All of a sudden their * trade rules have changed. You must trade it 14 days prior to the check in date of the week you booked. I was not informed of this when just 2 months ago I was able to successfully * trade a unit within 5 days of the check in date. If I want to be able to change the week I need to pay them another 225. exchange fee. Losing the exchange fee and the * trade fee I originally paid. I have spoken to a customer service rep and also received an email reply.

      My name is ***** Day My membership for interval international is ******* On the 29th I purchased a 2-bedroom at the towns at kings castle on August 1-8. The Prices were 727 regular 702 gold. They also had a flash sale ***** off. I am a gold member but was charged regularly member prices. Was charged 727 minus ***** = 677. 677 + ******= ****** I was supposed to be charged gold prices. What the Purpose of buying gold if you are still being charged regularly.My confirmation #******** I called to speak to someone about it and they told me that I am lucky because it was higher. I informed them of the prices on the website which charged me more and they Quote to me price that are higher then what I saw . I ******** was to make me feel lucky. I asked to speak to a supervisor and another person got on the phone and he told me it will take days for a supervisor to talk to me. He also said The Prices won't change. I told him that the prices they are telling me isn't what's on the website. I called again and got another person who saw the price I saw. He saw it was a Distripancy so he went to get assistance from his co-workers. He was informed not to help me. He was Apologetic. His name is **** but he did recognize the Discrepancies. I paid to get the gold prices but got less and was disrespected. It was clear that they weren't going to fix or look at the problem. We bothered me most was they knew it was wrong and decided to robbled me and called it being Courteous. Their customers service needs more training. I have been a member since 1998 I know how to use this website. I have gone on several trips and never had such poor service. I feel that they robbled and told me to appreciate it andbegladit wasn't more .I was over charged .

      Interval International has contacted Ms. ***** *** on various occasions (via telephone calls 4/4/2024 and 4/8/2024, voice messages 4/3/2024 and 4/8/2024, and emails 4/8/2024 and 4/10/2024).  Ms. **** concerns were reviewed with her, and she was also provided website navigation to where online can locate certain details; also,recommendation of screenshots and print screens were provided during the online booking workflow.  Ms. *** submitted via email various screenshot attachments which required further review.  Interval International tried to contact Ms. *** back the same day, but we were only able to leave a message and send an email.  Ms. *** later sent an email response informing that she is presently away for a couple of weeks without telephone communication.  Interval International has replied to Ms. **** email to please contact ** upon her return for the resolution.

      I'm a brand new member! I signed a contract with ************ Vacation Club that extends beyond a decade. I'm so excited and ready to book my vacation to *****! I called a Solmar representative who gave me the phone number to speak with an Internal International representative. No one is answering the phone!!! My excitement has dwindled and has turned into frustration. Unfortunately, I have called over 6x's today trying to reach Interval International representative. I have been on hold for over 30 minutes each time I've called. I regret that I spent thousands of dollars to join this timeshare organization. What a waste of my money and time! This is a very hard ****** to learn after reading that so many other people have been having this problem over the years:-( I know that Expedia and Travelocity provide better customer service.

      Recently we traded our unit for a limited kitchen 1 bedroom unit in *********. Upon arrival the unit had a pull out sofa in the small kitchen area and the exterior door lock was broken on the unit. Aside from the broken exterior door lock, the unit did not look anything like what is displayed on the Interval website as a limited kitchen 1 bedroom unit and hotel said the accommodations needed to be addressed with Interval and would not help. After a 54 minute phone call, time spent on hold was at least 30 minutes. Interval refused to provide any level of assistance other than to call the hotel who said this was the first they heard of the problem (not true )When asked to speak with a supervisor, we were told wed get a call back in 48 hours that supervisors dont take random phone calls. The customer service representatives bounced me from one person to another 3 times and still did not give an acceptable resolution to the problem. I asked for a different room and the interval customer service rep told me there wasnt anything available. I then asked for a refund and was told that we could have a refund if we checked out (without anywhere to go) We have been loyal interval members since 2015 but will not be renewing after this latest experience.

      Interval International attempted to reach ************************** on several occasions, via telephone call on 2/20/2024, 2/22/2024 and 2/23/2024 and via email on 2/23/2024 to discuss her concerns.  Additionally, on 2/20/2024 Interval International spoke with *************** guest however the guest never called Interval back. Regrettably, we have not received a response.

      Interval International is so hard to communicate. I've called 3 different numbers and was on hold for 30 minutes several times with several numbers. Finally found an email for customer service. I explained that my 87 year old mother, with dementia, made the reservation without my knowledge. I was able to cancel the reservation. She had 3 charges on her bank account. 1. Renewal fee 2. Charge venue change 3. Upgrade from studio to 2 bedroom. I understand the first. But when I inquired about a refund for the other 2, I was told no refund. I reminded them that this reservation was made by an elderly woman with dementia. They still refused a refund. No exceptions. I've noticed in reviews that Interval International always has a response that they have spoken with complainant and always had a positive outcome. I really doubt this. I've have emailed back and forth 5 times. I am very furious about this company and their customer service. The only resolution with be refund. So if they respond to complaint that it was settled, Do Not Believe It!

      Impossible to use service when website is down and phones are not answered.Facebook is overflowing right now with negative comments on Interval's page. Its just ridiculous!

      Interval International representatives give misleading information to get you to pay for additional services. I am sure commissions included.The misleading information usually includes additional certifications and or getaway weeks.The communication does not give full aspects regarding your account and or in relation to the additional cost with what you be receiving.There is base, gold and platinum accounts . You offered to upgrade your base account thinking additional benefits would be included. The actual base account must be paid every year in order to transfer a week. If you upgrade to gold or platinum it doesnt matter. I couldnt transfer a week from the timeshare Westgate ( another scam)unless I paid the base account up for two years. This after in July 2023 paid 230+ in August paid 354 upgrade. Interval is asking for additional 230 to transfer week cover reservations up to ****. Talking about scammers .

      I have yet to figure out how to actually use any points without paying more money for exchanges. It would cost me less to just book directly. Trying to find a location resort and options is challenging. It looks like you have to agree to many options without knowing where you will actually be booked. The online system is quite horrible. I sent an email with a question about my exchange and they reponded that I must have meant this question for "someone else". I likely will just take the loss and stop paying for this "service". I am surprised that this is owned by *******.

      On Friday, November 10, 2023,Interval International spoke with ***************************** to address the concerns mentioned.  Interval International provided information on some of our programs, benefits, fees and now she has a better understanding of them.  Interval International also provided details of how to navigate our website.  The member was advised that Interval did receive her email which seemed more like a note, ****************** commented yes, it was a note she wrote to herself and not intended for Interval. Interval International recommended to ******************, please contact ** when she has any doubts or needs assistance.

      Me and my wife bought a vacation package from the Villa Group and, the following year upgraded our membership. By upgrade the company game with a free week certificate to travel anywhere from interval. We tried to exchange the free week that was given to us, but had to cancel due to the astronomical inclusive fees to recoup money for the resort. We was going to be charged 11k just for inclusive fees for a family of 4 for 4 days, when I can get on Travelocity, and pay for flight and resort for half the price. This has to be a scam because there is no benefit for paying for their services.
