    I ordered these flowers for delivery on a Wednesday. They came in a box without any water. I had my doubts. I did not use them until Friday night for a Saturday morning. **************** I opened the box on Wednesday cut the stems submerge them in water and the powder they came with and they were in outstanding condition for Saturday!

    Flowers were great quality. Beautiful. I would order them a day early than you need because they dont guarantee the day you select and we were down to the wire on the delivery. More stressful than necessary.

    I purchased 200 stems, one batch was already brown, One had broken stems. They were for Mothers Day at church and thankfully I had enough good stems to go around.

    Were truly sorry to hear that part of your shipment did not arrive in the expected condition. While were glad to know you had enough good stems for your Mothers Day event, we understand how disappointing it must have been to receive damaged or discolored flowers.

    Our records show that you contacted us prior to delivery regarding order changes, but unfortunately, we were not notified of any product issues once the flowers were received. Without that timely communication, we werent given the opportunity to make it right.

    For future orders, we kindly ask that you contact us at ********************* within 24 hours of delivery and include photos so we can address any concerns promptly.

    Our order arrived on time and we were glad to have found you! Many of the flowers were unfortunately small. Since we were giving a flower to each of the ladies and girls at church on Mothers Day, it was a little sad looking for some. Most did open up, but most still fairly small. Fortunately we had other things to go with the flowers this year so that made up for it. All in all it worked out well!

    Flowers were nothing close to "Big XX", they were very small and were already perishing by the time they arrived. I cut the ends in a diagonal angle and put them in hot water so they come back, but none of my efforts worked. I was in the middle of planning this huge event so I didn't have the time to contact the vendor or to buy new flowers. I ended up using florist wire to keep the roses straight for the event, however, petals were still falling off. Very disappointing. Giving them 2 starts because they did arrived the day they promised they would.
