      Champion Park Apartments, used to be nice over 4 years ago. Now they're trashy. These owners don't give a c*** about the residents and a residents don't care about the owners. There's valet trash and many of the residents do not follow the valet trash rules. If people can't follow the rules and apartments are getting festered with more roaches. Wouldn't owners think about just getting rid of the valet trash and let people take out their own trash. ************* is Sunday through Thursday. So people set trash out Thursday even late and it's just there until Sunday evening late when it gets picked up. They barely want to fix things. In 4 years they've gone through 10 managers here. Trying to make the front of the complex look nice but the rest is not. After the freeze sprinkler system busted. They refuse to fix it so much vegetation and trees died here. Major dirt mud washes off into the parking lot and into the lines when it rains there's flooding here. Especially at the front gate. After this lease I will be moving. The only reason I stayed was financial reasons and a rent wasn't much raised up. You have too many extra fees to pay here besides the rent.

      I have not been living here one month and have had SO MUCH adversity. I was lied to about the apartment being ready prior to, that my realtor had located for me. The appointment was based on the apartment being ready to move in and it was not and when asked to tour we were not given the option. My realtor did not get her referral fee. They took over $700 from my account before i even moved into the apartment and would not give back so i had to move in. I still have not gotten any of my work orders done. My third day in the apartment some guy tried to force his way in with a key even after i spoke thru the door, once he heard my voice he ran away. I informed the office they didnt seem to care. Then i came back home the next day to find out that someone again was in my apartment they had dropped some papers, now I'm paranoid to leave the apartment. The apartment is not renovated at all, its old the stove and the microwave are both rusted, the laundry area in the apartment has some piping issues, the toilet is leaning and the floor is leaning in the bathroom. The painters had splashed paint everywhere. We cant wash any clothes since living here and our washer and dryer is sitting in the middle of the area because the apartment does not respond. Two guys came banging on the door no annoucement of who they were or anything. The trash does not get picked up and yes they are charging you monthly for trash pick up. They towed my car and it was registered to be here on the property. I registered it while i was in the office with the staff assisting, how does that happen? not to mention the tow company ESC towing SLICED my tire while towing because the brake was on and they couldnt move it. Its been a nightmare. I have relentlessly tried to keep a positive relationship with the manager however she does not keep her word on anythng and does not seem to be skilled in her position. Can someone PLEASE HELP me out with this.

      This is the worst property management company I have ever seen. **************** is at its lowest point and management does not care about their people at all. One thing they care about is collecting money without regards to health and safety. No one answers the phone at ******************* in ******* ** even if the walls are falling down. That's how bad it is. I lived there for 2 years and I have never had any payment issues. However, maintenance was always a problem, and even if they can't fix something, watch out because they're going to charge you for it at the end of your lease. That's what happened to me, I extended for an extra month and my move out bill was $4,582.40. If you definitely have to live there, I strongly advise everyone to take a picture of the moving condition of the apartment and keep a record of all maintenance issues. In the end, they will make you pay for replacing the carpet for the new tenant, painting and remodeling of the whole place.

      **************** in ****** ***** ! Lets just say they go against health and safety standards! And the final straw was they introduced a new Flex Rent program that I signed up for, they told me I had until the 4th to pay my first payment to avoid late fees, I made my payment on time and the apartment manager ********************************** still told me I have to pay $155 in late fees regardless. I said how is this possible when the app literally says I paid in the timeframe and she told me regardless I have to pay a late fee or its going to go on my rental credit.

      I am currently at pelican lake in **********. Dont waste your time applying here. The leasing office is horrible and doesnt know what they are doing. I was suppose to move into another apartment about a week ago, and because i work for the ****************. I had no choice but to report to work, which made me miss the move in date. I told the leasing office, i wouldnt be able to move in on the agreed date, and they are still trying to blame me for not moving in. Rent is way too expensive, and they make the residents pay for laundry. The prices that the residents pay for rent, you would think they would let the laundry be free. but nope its just about making $$$. DO NOT APPLY TO LIVE HERE. SAVE YOUR TIME AND YOUR MONEY

      I live at Bella vista apartment in Carrollton and we have not had hot water since we moved in on 5/19. The property manager there is racist and sexist. He doesnt care about the property or the people that lives theres hes just trying to get money.

      Sedona park ***** . The manager is horrible shes not qualified to be one the establishment opens at 9am she is having a team meeting at that time . Refusing to open the business to the guests until 9:45 am . Because shes having a team meeting ?? When i have no water in my unit and need them to fix it because they dont answer the EMERGENCY MAINTENANCE LINE .

      Horrible management that does not care about tenants whatsoever. Changed the way residents can pay rent online with absolute zero notice. I've been paying with my credit card for 4 years with no problem and out of the blue they take that option away on the day rent is due. Its unacceptable and shows zero care for residents finance. If you're going to change something as important as Payment options that should be communicated to residents beforehand and it was not. Regional Director offered no solutions and took absolutely zero responsibility for the mistake on their part of not properly notifying residents. Avoid this management company at all cost.
