            The company is support pets, I had no issues last year, but this year when I renewed with the company, they took payment on March 1st, 2024 and they pride themselves on ***** hrs for documentation, I have called customer service and repeatedly have been told there is nothing they can do for me, I have sent out many emails for any type of communication of why I was charged then no one can find any answers for me. Very disappointing, very frustrating, and will not use this company again. Hope that they aren't doing this to anyone else.

            They do not honor their own services. Website says they will fill out landlord forms in 24 to 48 hours. I need form by 4/8/24. I've been waiting 4 days. No filled out form from Dr. Keep getting same response from customer service wait another 48 hours. I'm on the wait another 48 hour carousal. Not a happy customer. Money gone and with needed form. Buyer beware!!

            Upon checking our system, we confirm that the product you've bought is the *** letter and the letter was provided within 48 hours.
            We do not sell the "Landlord forms" in our site. That's a courtesy that we might be able to assist you with, or not.

            Still, our customer ********************** already gave you the sollution a week ago on Apr 07 13:18.
