5 starsAs a customer, you are guided through every step of the process, made aware of each and every update regarding your order, and contacted via text to let you know that the item has been delivered. AND, this is all done by a humannot a bot. 10/10. It's pricey, but it's not their fault that you let your passport expire before your trip ;) In this instance, you really get what you paid for, and who doesn't love that?

4 starsThe replacement of my lost passport was very time consuming for me. However, the company was with me all the way, telling me and taking me through each step and answering my questions . 5 starsI was in a panic when I learned that I had to have at least six months left before my passport expired for my upcoming trip to ****** and ******. Couldn't get an appointment with the passport office that is a two hour drive away until less than two weeks before my departure. But when I saw that I could pay to have Clear/HelloGov walk the renewal through for me, I went for it. So glad I did; got my passport in seven days, with constant communications from HelloGov nearly every day, telling me where I was in the hand-carried renewal process. 5 starsI paid for the service on Wednesday July 30th, my appointment with the acceptance agent was the next day July 31st. I went in, completed the process and then sent off my package. Today August 6th I received my sons passport. So the service worked out as it was supposed to and it came through faster than expected. I paid for the 6-10 day service. I almost cancelled though. The reason was because right after I paid for the service, I had some questions and all I got was communication from an AI bot and when I called the number I got an AI appointment setter. So that immediately made me feel nervous and with this being a time sensitive situation I wanted to cancel right away and just get my money back and go elsewhere. Not because anything had gone wrong, but really just because I was only communicating with AI. I went ahead and followed the prompts and set a phone call back appointment and asked for a call back through the text bot I was communicating with. I got a call back from *******, he explained how the process worked and answered a couple question I had. He gave me his direct line incase i had any issues or questions. Which I did, something simple...just had to ask where I needed to sign on the authorization form. He didn't pick up the call, so I asked the bot... it gave me the answer...but then ******* called me back shortly after that. So besides the fact that dealing with AI can be a bit annoying upfront... they delivered....and maybe if I was told upfront that initial contact is handled by AI, maybe I wouldn't have panicked and wanted to cancel. All & All it worked perfect and I would recommend the service.HelloGov AI LLC
