5 starsThe process with HelloGov was slightly more involved compared to the standard passport process, but I cant complain, I received my passport in just 8 days! 5 starsGot my passport in less then 5 days! Paid the premium but was a pretty easy process and it arrived in time!. I was worried given the guaranteed speed 3-5 days. I highly reccomend service to anyone in need of their passport FAST! The mail people told me a lot of people scam but these guys are legit. 1 starThe process started smoothly and updates were frequent, but it turns out that HelloGov instructed us to complete the wrong passport renewal form. A major red flag for this company. And when we most needed an update on the issue and timing, they gave us the wrong information (they told us the passport was coming when it was actually a letter stating we needed to essentially start over). Another major red flag. This all cost us weeks and an additional $100 to correct the problem. Time and money wasted and a lot of additional stress, when we had gone to HelloGov in the first place to expedite the process and make it easier for us. We did A LOT of work ourselves, contacting the state department almost daily. I don't normally leave reviews but I feel strongly about this experience and can't recommend this service.Review fromDenise N
