    I ordered one item from the SmartSaker website. I never received any kind of confirmation or order number. SmartSaker sent me - and charged me for - four of the item I tried to order, over $75 more than I agreed to pay for. There was no packing slip or any kind of information referencing an order number, transaction number, or any kind of customer service/return policy inside the package. There is only an email address/form on their website (no phone number) to request customer service. I have sent three separate messages, one including a photo of the package label, and have not received any kind of response. All I want is to return the three unwanted items, not pay for return shipping, and receive a refund for the overcharge.

    Date mini Chainsaw Charged to MC: April 11, 2023 from REMOVED, REMOVED.Have no record of my order, ie, no email saying that my order was received. The mini chainsaw arrived April 15. Before I took it out of its tool kit, I decided that I did not want it. On the website for Smart Saker, there is a refund and return category, but there is no return address, very elusive!!!! Have emailed the company 2 times last week, ( April 20 & 21, 2023) with no response.Would like to return the chainsaw for a refund.REMOVEDApril 24, 2023

    I ordered a SmartSaker mini saw and extra chain in early November, paying through PayPal. I received a shipping notice within a week showing the item was in Route, in REMOVED. Nothing since then.I have emailed the company about weekly since Christmas, with no response. Im horrified at the number of complaints against the company now that I look deeper.There is no phone number for the company anywhere I can find.The most frustrating part is I continue to receive marketing emails from the company, and they are all over social media. This is false advertising, and the company needs to be stopped and made to pay restitution.

    I ordered a folding level from sakersnow in December 2022. Received an email from them that my order had been sent. I checked the tracking number and it doesnt exist. I would like to receive a refund if I am not going to receive my order. The item was $48.98

    On December 16th 2022 I purchased the mini chainsaw. received notification that my order and been received and would be out for delivery. I still have not received it and have had no other contact from them. Im finding it really hard to find a contact to speak with some one directly.

    I ordered a tool from smartsaker , I didnt receive a receipt to say my order was paid for or even get an order number. The money was clearly taken from my account when I showed the company were they took it from my bank account they said they had no receipt of it but a receipt from previous order . They wont email me back now after many times emailing them.

    I ordered the product of special electric solder iron that has automatic solder feed. It was shipped from REMOVED. Then arrived at REMOVEDand has been there ever since. I don't know if it is because of bad weather or airline problems. United REMOVEDis still waiting. Did they send the wrong item causing problems or have I been scammed. If it is temporarily delayed, I'm willing to be patient. But if it is a scam from REMOVED, I know you can't do anything about it except warn others. I might have no choice but to accept the loss. My neighbor got one and it came from REMOVEDbut only took three weeks. I just want to know what's going on. Is it delayed but still coming or was I scammed and ripped off. I used PayPal and they are not good at resolving disputes.
