I ordered 2 magnetic screen doors in gray for a standard size exterior door on May 31, 2025. I finally received a package on June 17, 2025, but what was inside was not what I ordered. It was the the wrong color (brown) and had Chinese writing embroidered into it. I wrote to Smartsakers contact email first on June 17, 2025, again on June 19, 2025, and again on June 23, 2025, asking for a return label and information on how to get a refund. The only response I got was that my message had been received but nothing else. I would like to return the items for a refund and never order from this company again. I ordered a garden weeder from this company on Jun 7 and paid for it that day. I never received the product and it's been 3 weeks. The first time I tracked my order it said it was out for delivery, but it never came. I checked a few days later and it was at the airport in ********. I reached out to Smartsaker and filled out what they needed and what the problem was but when you hit submit nothing happens. I have contacted Saker Company 6 times via email as there is no phone number to call them. I still have not received a response. There website declares a response within days and still have not received any response. I ordered grass shears that were supposed to have a 20 volt battery charger and it was not included along with the blades for the grass shears. We ordered a pc of merchandise from smart saker over 3 weeks ago. ***** never shipped for a unknown reason. Yesterday we reach out to them asking for a refund.They respond this morning saying they will only give 50% refund. And not a full refund. Order never shipped. I ordered the Twister Arm Trainer on March 9th. I got in contact with Smartsaker through email because I hadn't received a tracking no. When I decided to cancel the order due to the length of time. Coincidentally they replied with a tracking no and said it's on its way. So I waited additional days still nothing. Now that I want a 100% full refund. Thank youCustomer Answer
