On October 27th, 2025, I purchased an item from SmartSaker for $75.98 total expense. When I checked the status of the delivery on November 12th, the tracker said that REMOVEDhad disposed of the item on November 6th. I called REMOVED, but they did not recognize the tracking number as theirs, and they said that they would not dispose of an item unless it was leaking fluids, which my item could not. I have reached out to SmartSaker. They said that a refund is on its way, but it may take a while and I may have to pay a fee to get it. That mentally triggers my scam alert senses.Customer Answer

On November 18th, 2025, I recieved $74.48 of the $75.98 I spent as a refund. I believe that the $1.50 was used to pay the third-party refund company. I find that disappointing and I do not recommend purchasing from SmartSaker. I am thankful for the refund, though.Initial Complaint

On September 14, 2025, I placed an order with Smart Saker for a mop. I have never received the item, nor was I ever provided with a tracking number or any other confirmation fo the purchase. We ordered smartsaker overbed table in June 2025 . The table arrived missing an important part. We contacted customer service, and they replied on July 4 saying they were very busy, but assigned us customer service tracking number above. It is now September 3, two months later, and we have heard nothing from the company, despite several follow up email attempts. There is no customer service number to call. We have not received the missing part, making the table impossible to assemble or use. We need either the missing part, a replacement table, or a refund.Initial Complaint

I placed an order REMOVED. Was charged immediately on my card. Never received an order/tracking number. Numerous emails, only to receive robot responses back. Was never provided an order number. Received SAKER SOLAR SHED BARN LIGHT product and immediately noticed the remote control did not turn on. Switched batteries to rectify the issue. Still did not resolve issue. Let the solar panel charge for two days in the hot sun. Still could not get item to work. The problem COULD be with the remote as it never turned on. I contacted customer service email three times at REMOVEDAND REMOVEDNo response. Researched phone number and found REMOVEDlooked like a scam to me, but I tried calling the number anyway. I ordered 2 magnetic screen doors in gray for a standard size exterior door on May 31, 2025. I finally received a package on June 17, 2025, but what was inside was not what I ordered. It was the the wrong color (brown) and had Chinese writing embroidered into it. I wrote to Smartsakers contact email first on June 17, 2025, again on June 19, 2025, and again on June 23, 2025, asking for a return label and information on how to get a refund. The only response I got was that my message had been received but nothing else. I would like to return the items for a refund and never order from this company again.
