    DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They SAY they are insured but after they scratched the floor in my rental home (which I will NOT be getting my security deposit back) they said their insurance only covers dishes, furniture, etc. not the dwelling. They only moved a small percentage of what they were paid to take. They never wrapped the furniture items like they promised. The mover just kept saying its not on my list and its not me, its the company . I am a 60 year old woman and I spent the next 3 days moving the remainder of our things myself..The guy that seemed to be in charge talked on the phone the whole time which is how my floor got scratched.We filed a claim with the insurance and received a three way call between the company, the mover, and myself. The mover yelled in a language I couldnt understand the whole call. I feel they were trying to intimidate me into dropping the claim. Finally the call ended with the company saying they would have someone call us to discuss the claim further but as of now we have not heard a thing from anyone.I give this company a no star review. After paying over $3,000 to move 20 minutes away they did a sorry job.

    The 2 movers were good at first then the one guy was on his phone most of the time and barely working. The truck was disgusting the roof was rotted in the back. The back doors were so covered in dirt it was black the doors were rusted in spots the license plate was hand written. The company called me and asked if they could pick up early. I agreed and told them that it couldnt be dropped off till Wednesday tho. They agreed. Tuesday came around and the dispatcher started harassing me by calling all the time trying to get someone over there to drop off the stuff and telling me that if we didnt come over the movers would have to sleep in the truck for. The night what company makes there employees sleep in a truck thats not made to sleep in this company is a poor excuse for a company. And they need a dot inspection done. I have pictures of the truck and its horrible. If I wasnt in a time crunch I would of canceled the company when they showed up
