  Clearwater FL: I saw ******************************* as my new cardiologist through Dedicated Senior Medical Center. He prescribed continuing the medication I was already taking for high blood pressure. When I picked up the prescription the dosage on the bottle was for 1/2 my usual dose. We did not discuss lowering dosage. I called Dedicated Senior Medical Center and the secretary told me that she checked what ********************** prescribed and it was correct. I checked with the pharmacy and their computer record of what was sent was incorrect, the 1/2 dose. I went to the Center and spoke with *************************, an administrator. She at first did not understand the problem! When I pointed out to her that cutting my dosage in half could result in problems down the road she said she would "look into it". I called again today, one week later, asked to speak to her and she was busy, has not called back. Also today I got notified by the pharmacy that a new prescription was sent in for the correct dosage. This is not just some little error to be swept away casually. Changing medication dosage for an elderly heart patient is important and it is a poor doctor who makes this sort of mistake. I have lost faith in ********************** and will not see him again, and I am disappointed in the Center's response.Sincerely, *****************************

  THIS MEDICAL CENTER HAS NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERS. THEY SENT MY 81 YEAR OLD FATHER TO AN APPOINTMENT 25MILES AWAY AND WHEN HE GETS THERE THEY TELL HIM THERE WAS NO APPOINTMENT SET UP FOR HIM. WHEN HE WENT BACK TO THE CENTER ON ********************* , FLORIDA THEY WERE BEYOND RUDE AND TOLD HIM TO LEAVE IF NOT THEY WILL CALL THE POLICE. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY THEY HAVE " DEDICATED SENIOR" AS A NAME WHEN THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE ELDERS NOR SHOW ANY KIND OF PROFESSIONALISM TO THERE PATIENTS. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THID LOCATION OR MEDICAL CENTER TO ANYONE WHO HAS AN ELDERLY FAMILY MEMBER TO VISIT.

  Do not waste your time going there. I could spend all day telling you why. But Im so upset I fell and went in for x-rays and they told me after being there for 3 1/2 hours that I would get my results in three or four business days. Then I was told that the doctor would call me with the results then the x-ray technician called me and said that he didnt send me a home with that he did say it would take 3 to 4 business days to get the results and I said yes you did and he hung up on me. Im in tears. *** spent all day there and now I have to go to the hospital to get results. !!!

  I have never even heard of this company until recently! My phone has absolutely been blowing up with calls from these people! They sound sooo desperate to get your business / you as a new patient.Tbh I dont think this is even a legit medical center. Its possibly ********************* with the amount of telemarketing calls Ive gotten over these past couple of weeks. I have since given them bogus information since they want to provide transportation, and take a tour of this weird a** medical center. Cant even call it a hospital. The telemarketer I spoke to was VERY hesitant to give me any kind of website information / email address unless I provided HER with that information first. Thats not how it works. She gave me a link after annoying her several times out of frustration. Its amazing all the negative information that comes up about this place, when they willingly give out their website to research. Do not do business with this fake hospital. Someone should tell whoever is running it, that playing doctor is fine when youre a kid. However when you become an adult its creepy and is a felony! STOP CALLING ME! YOU DESPERATE ******. Seek better employment for yourselves. ;)

  I agree with others that they could care less about your health and more about there bank account! As a senior I called them thinking this would be a good place to get the health care I needed. The person I spoke with, I found out later was actually a recruiter for new patients. She was very attentive and called me every day till they became my primary care provider. When I finally did get an appointment they had signed me up for a bunch of tests and never asked me if there were anything I was concerned about my health. Unfortunately I also had an ongoing issue with my stomach that flared up again. She prescribed two medications but never wrote the information down. The pharmacy held back one of them and never notified me. A week later I had an appointment with her that they canceled that morning. By this time the stomach pain got worse. I called DSMC and told them but it seems their cordination of patients records were lacking and no one called me back except the front office people who didn't know anything. This was on a Friday, they are closed Saturday and Sunday. By Monday the pain was worse. That's when I drove there to tell them. They made me wait, I finally told them I was going out to my van and lie down. Twenty minutes later the male office manager came out and said to come back in, but accused me of disrespecting his staff . I had asked in the beginning about going to the emergency room to seek treatment and he completely ignored me and said there wasn't any thing they could do for me accept see the doctor. I said I need to see a specialist, not the **** I said I'm not coming back in. He sarcastically said fine, will find you a new PCP, have a nice day and walked away. This is how they really feel about seniors. I wished I read the reviews about this company before I ever went there.

  I like everything about it except the monthly doctor visits. I don't see a need to see the doctor every month besides, who feel like that every month.every 2 or 3 months should be enough. My insurance even ask me why every month. I was told the computer could only schedule appointments every 4 weeks.
