This complaint started with day one. The doctor I required had too many patients. Assigned against my better judgement, was a nurse practitioner. I required on 9/2024 refil prescriptions on life needed refills for high blood pressure, diabetes and other prescriptions which they had a records of. They refused, Dedicated Senior Medical Center at ***********************. I called again and again . Then I called the Director at another off of Senior Medical Center at ******************. They refused to help me. So then after fruitless attempting I contacted Florida State Medical Board. Talked to them and filed a complaint with an investigator 10/2014. Talked that office again, **************** left several messages regarding the status of my complaint filled 10/2024. As of today 1/3/2025 no update, no comincation. No answer whatsoever from, Dedicated Senior Medical Center, ************************************ Board or any one else. Is this a fair way to treat Human beings? No response whatsoever. What happened to respect and honor. withe a blood pressure 200/118 and 238/113; I could have died and not here to write this complaint today. I want to be compensated for endangerment of my well being and mental anguish almost to a stroke or heart attack. I deserve it from this distressing situation put on me deliberately.

      Good morning,

I had the pleasure of speaking with this patient and she has agreed for me to try to get her assigned to our Dr. ********* office.  We are currently working on her request and would like to keep this complaint open at this time.

      Thanks,

Pursuant to my conversation with Ms. ***** she mentioned that she wanted to switch to our St. Peterburg office; however, later she called me back and stated that she was no longer interested to switch to our practice. Additionally, we can not offer any compensation as requested.

      M. CeeCee, that called me Friday, is not from the corporate office of Dedicated Senior Medical. It is the office of their attorney, who underhandedly tried with no success to get me back in their office for medical treatment.  I don't trust doctors or nurse practitioners who do not owe up to their unsatisfactory services. Why not apologize and make amends. Not hide behind cowardly addressing the problem head-on in a professional courtesy manner. Not trying to persuade the issue. NEVER agreed to NOTHING with, M. CeeCee at NO TIME. She presumably tried to persuade the conversation.  Baby boomer from 1949.

9/13/2024. My mother and I came to the Dedicated Senior Medical Center. This was our first initial visit. We were expecting to see the *** that assigned to be mother's new doctor. Instead we were told the first initial visit was for her to have blood work done and an echocardiogram and an EKG. We were expecting the blood work but not an echocardiogram and EKG which she does not need done because she is in good health and doesn't have any heart problems. We were told that this something that have all of their new patients have done in order to provide the care that the patient may need and that this provides the information that the *** needs to provides the best care. They also require that their patients have appointments once a month to make sure that any prescription medications that they maybe on is still working for them. My mother and I feel that between them wanting her to have the echocardiogram and EKG and once a month appointments are a little to much. Patients have the right to refuse whatever the medical facility and *** wants to order as any medical procedures when the patient is in good health. We would for these issues to be addressed. Thank for taking the time to read this message.

I tried to file complaint over a month ago. But every time I called I got a voicemail. They tried to call back, but Im on medications during the day that make me sleep. My complaint. I have asked for bloodwork to be tested for inflammatory sedation rate but it never gets done. Even though only the basic bloodwork is done, I never receive a call telling me the results. I have to always ask on my next visit. I have also been waiting a month for an acupuncture appointment, I havent even been scheduled yet.But today was the icing on the cake. My partner who was told by a Cardiologist at Dedicated that her heart was only working at under half off its capacity. Yet we had to wait 6 weeks for an appointment. Once we saw the cardiologist he told her we need to schedule a stress test. We had to wait a month for the appointment. We missed a call the day before test, so when we turned up on the scheduled day they said you didnt answer you call so you need to reschedule. We did that and today was the appointment. We turned up at 0730 as requested. After waiting 30 minutes we was told that the person who did the tests had not arrived at work yet and it wouldnt be long. 45 minutes later we are still sitting there. Nobody had come to talk to us or called us to the desk to explain what was going on. We went up to the desk and was told they were still not there, so we would have to reschedule and there was nothing available until July. ******* who is supposed to be the manager was as much use as a chocolate fire guard. He had no answers and no apologies. We have been waiting for this test for months. This is not a threat but a promise, if anything happens to my partner in relations to her heart while wait another 10 weeks for the next available stress test, I will hold dedicated care responsible. I am copying this complaint to my Aunt who is an attorney. I dont want to hear your babbling excuses anymore. I wished we had stayed at our old doctors. ??

We call with bloodwork results if anything is abnormal but generally discuss lab results at next *** visit. The *** did request that the patient receive acupuncture. I am not sure why it was not scheduled, but I have personally requested the team to get him scheduled. Due to having to order and pay for specific supplies for stress test, we have to confirm pts the day before the appointment. In regards to the additional appointment that they showed up for that was cancelled, it was cancelled by the vendor. They did not end up having the staff to perform that day. We did not find out until the morning of after clinic had already started. The partner was being rescheduled for the make up day the vendor provided for 5/24/24.
