    I am a 20 yr. old college student. On 12/21/2023 I had a conversation with Cobe from this "company" that also goes by *********************************** ***************************. We discussed a drop shipping course where I paid $1582.50 to *****'s Teachables. During the conversation, I asked about the refund policy but was not given a straight or honest answer. I was manipulated and gave out sensitive financial info. I allowed my debit card to be charged for the course; I discussed with my parents the next day and immediately realized this was a scam. ****** Teachables is not referenced is his "refund policy" which has a specific section on chargebacks - which is a reg flag in itself. I was taken advantage of - this is not a reputable business. On 12/22/2023, I initiated a stop pay with US Bank and I am currently disputing the transaction. On this same day, I sent an email through the website requesting a refund. On 12/30/2023, I rec'd a threatening email back stating I only had 24 hrs. to resolve the issue or he would pursue legal action. I responded on 12/31/2023 ****************** that I am pursuing that matter on my end. On 12/27/2023, I initiated a complaint w/ the WI ***** of ******** Protection (CASE #******. *************************. *************). I asked if other states are aware and/or if collective action can be taken - possibly even criminal action. *************************** has not responded as of this date. On social media (Reddit) other people have been taken advantage of - there is a thread of people relating similar stories. His company is a scam that seeks to promise lots of money if you watch his videos/follow his method. I feel victim to his high pressure sales tactics. He needs to be stopped - what he is doing is unethical. I didn't receive any benefit of his course or access course videos that relate to drop shipping. I am hopeful your agency could assist my other efforts to obtain a refund & stop this person for taking advantage of anyone else.

    I included a narrative and supporting documentation with my submission.

    He needs to be stopped - not only in *********, but across the country. He is engaging in deceptive business practices, making unrealistic promises and taking advantage of people who are not in the position to lose money.

    Good Morning Better Business Bureau, 

    It has been about a year since I resolved a dispute with IG Viral Media, LLC. My concern has been addressed. after a year, they respond to my better business complaint - this business is a fraud, as evidenced by the fact that they failed to reply within the 14- and 30-day constraints therefore I don't want anything to do with them. Examining the other complaint on your page, you will see that it applies to the same problem what this company actually is. I would like to reject any more messages and instructions from this business.
