  I recently had the pleasure of using Safe Van Lines for my move from ******* to **************. I must say that I am extremely satisfied with their services. From start to finish, both moving crews were exceptional in their work and displayed a high level of professionalism and politeness.The move out crew did an excellent job in un-assembling, wrapping and protecting all of my large belongings. I was particularly impressed with their attention to detail and the care they took in ensuring that nothing was damaged during the move. Thanks to their expertise, all of my items arrived at my new home in perfect condition.The move in crew was equally efficient. They brought all of my belongings into the desired rooms but also took the time to clean up after themselves. It was a relief to see that they not only cared about the physical aspect of the move but also the overall cleanliness of my new home.One aspect that truly stood out to me was Safe ***** *********** and understanding. Due to unforeseen circumstances on my end, I had to delay the delivery date. Safe Van was more than accommodating and worked with me to find a suitable solution. This *********** greatly minimized the stress of the logistics and made the entire process much smoother.Throughout the entire moving process, communication with Safe Van was excellent. They kept me informed every step of the way and promptly addressed any concerns or questions I had. This level of communication gave me peace of mind and reassured me that my move was in good hands.Overall, my experience with Safe Van was great. Both crews were professional, polite, and efficient in their work. The attention to detail, ***********, and great communication made this move a lot less stressful for me.   Had a good experience with Safe Van Lines overall! Amazed at the speed in which they delivered my belongings from Miami to Birmingham, AL, in 2 days! Alex was incredible over the phone from the first contact, following up and making sure everything was taken care of! My furniture and belongings were handled with care and had no issues throughout! I do believe they needed an extra man to move everything, it was a lot and the guy that moved everything was working like a horse! Thanks!

  Moving is easy with Safe Van Lines. I conducted a military move recently which can be complicated and they were incredibly understanding, flexible and patient given the unpredictable nature of when my things could be picked up and dropped off as well as some of the intricacies with paperwork. Their communication through the entire process was seamless even after the initial coordination and pick up of my items. Matthew and Alvin are incredibly professional and helpful and make what would otherwise be a stressful time, seem easier. The employees who picked up my things were on time, kind and respectful of my belongings. If you need to conduct a move any time, trusting Safe Van Lines will be a great decision for you.   Friendly. Courteous. Helpful. The Safe Van Lines website was easy to use. Matt, the booking agent, went over everything - inventory, logistics, timing - and was able to answer all of my questions. The move team was fast, professional, and easy to work with. They were sure to explain any potential additional charges BEFOREAND (eg "long carry"). There were NO surprises on the bill. Would definitely recommend.

  **** was a great help throughout my-moving process. I was a bit apprehensive hiring Safe Van Lines. However, **** took my calls and always responded to my emails even on Christmas. Also, he assured me everything will be fine that he would be with me every step of the move. He worked tirelessly with me. The move went great.   When I initially spoke to an agent, I was told my pick-up would be within a 3-day window, the driver would call the day before the first possible pick-up day to provide the actual day/time of pick-up, and after pick-up I would be called same-day with an estimate of when my belongings would be delivered.Instead, I was told the afternoon prior to pick-up that my driver would be there the next morning. With such short notice, I was unable to secure the loading dock/freight elevator, as someone had already reserved them. When I told the dispatcher, she acted in an unprofessional manner, as if it were my fault that I couldn't reserve the loading dock and elevator for 72 hours in a row. She failed to relay this to the driver, who had the foresight to call me directly, at which point I had to tell him that pick-up would not be possible at that time.After pick-up, I waited for a call but did not receive one. I called the next day but the dispatcher had no info, not even a window, for when my belongings would be delivered. She said she would call in 2 days with more info. 2 days later, she had not called, so I called in the afternoon. She said she would reach out to the driver on my behalf (I guess she forgot that she was supposed to have already done that herself), and called me back to say the delivery would be within the next 3-4 days. I called again the next day to confirm, and was told a similar time frame. I arranged my own travel so I can be present for delivery, only to be told the morning of my flight that my belongings would not be arriving for another 4 days. No explanation. I then have to scramble to find accommodations. On top of that, I had arranged for several items to be delivered that were stolen from my front door since I had to delay my move.I give one star for the pick-up/delivery, which went smoothly without any lost or damaged items. But if you are looking for a moving company with reliable customer service, this is not the company for you.
