Hi ni nombre es **** ******** yo también fui visto a de esos abogados me hicieron someterme a una operación de rodilla inyecciónes en la espalda y luego que perdieron mi caso y yo sigo con problemas

This law firm should consider helping people when you are ************** from your attorney which never happened with my case that settled a year ago. They changed people of my team but they did not bother to let me know after I called a few times. If I have to go to the extent of calling my previous lawyer for advice that not in the ****************, but I had to because it went weeks before I heard from the office at Rubenstein Law. No one still recover should have to call someone else. My time wasted cannot be replaced by more competent attorneys office.

The most horrible service! The whole firm is highly incompetent and loses valuable evidence.They were always unprepared and I always have to repeat my last conversations and keep documentation of each person I spoke to and what the issues were. It never got rectified there's no problem solving there. They just want to make a quick buck and don't care about your permanent disabilities or how you're going to survive. Most times I was either in tears or my blood pressure was so high I had to lie down. I requested numerous times to speak to you and affirm even to Rubenstein when it got really bad which and his daughter refused. They just put on me off on some case manager that they only paid $30,000 too that's no clue and doesn't even take the time to review. That includes the attorneys also. They need to review the files before calling you and it would be very professional and more efficient if they make an appointment with you before they just finally call you and ask you the same questions they ask the last time while I'm at the doctor or physical therapy Etc. They wasted 2 years of my life and I got no help. I had major Neurosurgery completed which is a very risky surgery they did not help me at all and matter of fact both of the attorney and the paralegal representing me to take off 3 weeks!!!! Without telling me. This was a very traumatizing they left me hanging with no help the hospital I had to go to was 2 hours from my home. I never got one phone call from rubenstein's office to check on me. When my attorney came back after his vacation or whatever it was he yelled and cursed me when I asked him why no one notify me. You're not going to leave the excuse that he had! He was busy cuz his dog was sick can you believe that nonsense. That is just in humane.!!!!!I am now permanently disabled with huge medical bills and probably lose my house. I was very successful business person before this and graduated with a high degrees of my class yet was treated like an idiots and always patronized or talk down to.They lost the majority of my evidence that I provided to them numerous times at least *********************************************************** not to mention stressful. They cost me my case and *************** and relationship
