      Good Morning, You all have had my case close to 2 years and I still have no idea where we stand.I have submitted several medical records, followed up via phone and email and no response I will NOT work with ************************* any further I was told by another form I would need to be released to switch firms to someone who is actually going to communicate and get something done A PROMPT response would be greatly appreciated

      This firm Rubenstein law is unprofessional and disrespectful to it's clients..I've had 3 different lawyers and reps at this firm..case been going since November 2022...and I'm getting emotional distress and upset bout this case..no one is available and no one returns calls or answer emails...I'll just get me a lawyer to seek damages with this case.go look at how long Rubenstein law has change lawyers ,reps, different numbers..I think it's a fraudulent group that just don't know they job or just sorry.

      I hired Rubenstein Law firm in ***** after I was attacked n Assaulted resulting in Permanent Traumatic Brain Injury. After a year they final attempted to settle claim but unsatisfactory. They are holding way more than the $1,320.00 my ***************** states I am responsible. The doctors were in network Cigna Providers Period. Rubenstein Law firm can not pay them , they were paid by Cigna PERIOD UNDER CONTRACT , Rubenstein Law owes me ALL HELD TRUST FUNDS EXCEPT $1,320.00 PER CIGNA . OR ITS INSURANCE FRAUD ! I NEED MY TRUST ACCOUNT IN FULL !!

      I was involved in a slip and fall and retained Rubenstein law I sent them a video of the water in the bathroom they lost the video I gave them the name of the person who told me that the toilet was broken they lost the name when I called to complain and they're complain phone number for client complaints the lady started arguing with me that my trial attorney is the wrong one that he should have found the evidence but Rubenstein law was my lawyer and they needed to find the evidence before the trial attorney had it now I can't take *********** thing to trial because I won't win because I don't have any evidence cuz Rubenstein law lost all my evidence I was not treated fairly they did not handle my case with care I can barely wash myself in the shower and they dropped the ball on my case so now I can't have money for future treatments that I may need it's not okay

As such we have verified that no such video was received or in turn misplaced by our office.  As to the settlement of the case, the options of settling versus going to trial are always discussed with the client. After said discussion, we proceed with what the client ultimately decides they want to do, after taking into consideration all the factors specific to their case. We are confident that we provided all the information necessary for the client to make an educated and proper decision based on the specific facts of her case.

      I am rejecting this response because: they never contacted me about settling my other lawyer contacted me about settling and I talked to them everyday and I talked to ********* and she told me it was because of the lack of evidence so they're lying Rubenstein law is a liar they know that they never told me that they never received my video so I assumed that they had it and they never did and they know that they misplaced the name of the person who told me that the toilet was broken so because of these reasons I didn't have sufficient evidence to win the case they did not handle my case right and then when I called the customer satisfaction line the lady yelled at me and told me it wasn't rubenstein's responsibility to get the evidence it was the trial attorney's responsibility to get the evidence when I hired Rubenstein law not the trial attorney Rubenstein law hired the trial attorney

      We reviewed Ms. ******* response. **************** signed a fee sharing agreement authorizing Rubenstein Law to involve co-counsel for the purpose of filing suit in her case. Prior to her signing the fee sharing agreement as is customary, we explain why the case could not be settled pre-suit and must got to litigation. **************** agreed to proceed with our co-counsel for the purpose of litigation.  As far as the allegations concerning the video, we have once again reviewed with all involved at the inception of the case and were unable to identify at any point where a video was sent to our office.

      Regarding an automobile accident, that took place of July 16, 2021: The attorney and I do not see eye to eye on doing things. For their way is of death and it does not coincide with the way I prefer. Causing too much stress.

Ms. ******* provided contact information and we proceeded to contact her by phone. Ms. ******* was interested in signing up with our firm and a contract was sent to her. We followed up with Ms. ******* until 8/3/21 regarding the documents pending. On 8/24/21, Ms. ******* contacted our law firm and indicated she will be sending the documents pending to open up the case. There was communication with Ms. ******* until 8/29/21 . The last time our law firm contacted Ms. ******* was 8/29/21 in response to her email from 8/28/21. We ceased contact on 8/29/21 upon her request.
