5 starsAs a critical care nurse, I've been on a mission for better health for years. Once I did the gene test and found how many broken genes I had I tried the supplements recommended by 10x Health. I was on thyroid meds for 35 years. I weaned myself off and 3 months later, thyroid values were perfect. Everyone needs to do this test and the supplements they suggest are high quality and reasonably priced. I couldn't be happier. Thank you 10x Health!10x Health Ventures, LLC

2 starsI’m a Huge Gary B***** fan. The information gained by the tests is incredibly helpful. However, his companies process and customer service ect… leaves much to be desired. I don’t know if the business grew too fast after his appearance on Rogan and they struggled to keep up with the business or what. But, I don’t recommend. Maybe do the test and don’t let them upsell you on everything else. Take your results to a functional medical Dr. i had way better results with that. Once you pay them good luck getting ahold of anyone. At least that was my experience. Also, DHEA tested pretty high on my blood test. They still put me on DHEA. I had to take myself off because the side effects were too much. Also, I experienced zero benefits from the peptide I was given in sublingual form. They insisted it was fine. My Dr at home gave me injectable. GAME CHANGER. ???? I do take a bunch of the 10X supplements and I do like them. I changed things due to my test results and it has definitely helped. But, beyond the actual test… don’t waist your money. It’s expensive but wouldn’t be worth it for a fraction of the cost. Major bummer. Hopefully that gets better.10x Health Ventures, LLC

1 starTerrible experience all around. Ordered genetic testing for myself and husband as Christmas gift in 2023. Kits arrived and completed testing and shipped back. After LONG delays we were shipped new tests saying mistake in procedure. We retested and shipped back. After LONG delay new tests shipped saying results lost. Blood work completed on our end/supplements recommended ($1000) and zoom with a NP. Those labs never uploaded to client website. The client website is useless. The only info on the site is my address and personal info. I cancelled the genetic testing last April and asked for reimbursement. I cancelled my membership last fall….or thought I did until I received an email today that my order was being shipped. Apparently despite calling and cancelling my order last fall, 10x has continued to ship supplements and bill me to my previous address. I moved last fall and had no idea the supplements were still being shipped and that i was being billed. I called today and spoke with a supervisor named Amanda. She was kind and apologized repeatedly, however, she offered no real solutions except to cancel my subscription which I am of course now doubtful will actually be cancelled. She assured me i would recieve an email…which I am currently on watch for. There is a reason this company is rated F. The supervisor only offered and “Im very sorry” as reinforced this fact. Im very sorry to hear about the frustration youve encountered with the genetic testing process.When a lab is unable to extract 100% of your DNA from a sample, we require a retest to ensure your results are fully accurate and reliable. We would never deliver incomplete or partial results, which is why a new kit was sent out for you to re-test.
Regarding your blood lab results, we can absolutely send them to you directly or upload them to your client portal. We just ask that you notify us if they are not showing up, so we can promptly make them available.
As for your subscription, it was originally placed online, and part of the benefit is a discounted price for being enrolled. That said, if a cancellation request had been processed at that time, we would not have continued billing. I can confirm your subscription has now been fully canceled.

1 starI am filing a formal complaint against 10X Health Systems due to their failure to deliver a prepaid order, totaling $900, for a supplement package that remains undelivered two months after I was charged, and over one month since it was supposedly shipped. The company promotes this supplement as a complete, daily health solution. Based on that promise, I discontinued my other supplement routines, expecting a reliable delivery. Instead, I’ve been left without the product I paid for and without any substantial support from their customer service team. Despite multiple outreach attempts, I only received a generic response weeks later, citing an undefined customs delay with no timeline, no interim solution, and no compensation for the service gap. This lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable—especially for a company that positions itself as a premium health service provider. To date, I have received: No product No clear update on delivery No offer of refund, replacement, or service credit I am requesting the BBB’s assistance in obtaining: Appropriate consideration for the lengthy delay and lack of communication Assurance that this business will be held accountable for misleading service practices Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter.10x Health Ventures, LLC

1 starI would have to rate this company ZERO stars. They do not stand behind their overpriced products. Their products don't work, they get you on auto ship then refuse to refund you (even when you return the product UNOPENED). I paid over $500 for a "genetic" type test just to be told my body is lacking in magnesium and zinc and I need a multivitamin which I find comical as I already take these supplements on a daily basis. They want to charge me over $300/mo for their supplements that you can find cheaper elsewhere. Their customer service is HORRIBLE. Then they tell you they want you to do the blood test for $1000.00 but don't tell you they are going to have you repeat the blood test every 6 months for another $1000.00. Im sorry to hear that your experience didnt meet your expectations. We truly value your feedback and would love the opportunity to make things right. We believe our products are competitively priced when compared to others in the industry and we always aim to offer flexibilityour customers are never required to purchase supplements directly from us if they prefer alternatives. However, we do recommend our formulations because they are methylated and specifically designed to align with your genetic profile.
Based on your results, no full genetic impairments were detected, which is why only magnesium, zinc and a multivitamin were suggested. We focus on recommending only whats necessary theres no upselling involved.
As for returns, due to health and safety regulations were unable to accept refunds once products are shipped , unopened items can be shared with friends or family who may benefit from them.
Lastly, to clarify, our blood test is priced at $599. We would never inflate the cost of essential services. If a follow-up panel is recommended at the six-month ***** it is offered at half the original price to support long-term tracking without excessive costs.

Again, another false claim: we would love the opportunity to make things right, Ive already emailed MORE THAN ONCE and you guys are refusing to make this right. The products I returned back to you were in a completely unopened box and you still are refusing to refund me. I emailed BEFORE the shipment left your facility stating to cancel my order then I get an email after it shipped basically saying its too late and oh by the way you cant return the box and oh by the way we wont refund you either so basically Im screwed no matter what. 1 starThis is probably one of the biggest scams of all time. Went for the methylation genetic test at the ******, ******* location, which seems to the company headquarters. We were told that our results would take about a week to two weeks to come in. I got mine three dayslater, Which that in itself was sketchy. My husband Has been waiting almost two months. Nobody returns your calls, nobody returned your emails, and we are now $1200 in the hole! When I didnt understand my results, I reached out to the ******, ******* location as I had their direct number from one of the staff members. They never responded to me and I noticed that there was an additional charge of $120 in order to get answers and have a conversation with someone. It is really sad how they take advantage of people struggling to feel better and lost in this toxic world. I am so upset, Im usually much smarter than to fall in the hands of scammers. **** ***** makes it sound Game changing and I feel as though they should all be ashamed. I am a two time cancer Survivor and I will never trust another health or fitness or supplement agency ever again. It is all fake and a scam for your money. 3 starsI bought the 10x starter pack. I got my test done and there where great. But after that I called and paid them for a phone call to go over your results. I have yet to hear anything from them. 1 starThis business is a scam. I purchased a box of supplements $1,000 of recommended by their salesman only to be left without any direction or follow-up. The salesman said I wiuld be assigned a coach and that was false. All they want is your money and then they ghost you. How can the BBB let them continue to scam people and not shut them down. 5 starsWe took their genetic test and have been using their supplements for over a year now. This program works. Its expensive, but you get what you pay for!
