      On 2/26/2025 I purchased the 10x Health Precision Genetic Test for $1299.00. The results of this test was never received at 10x, therefore no results have been submitted to me. I was verbally told by and received an email from ****** *.Customer Experience Specialist stating I've been issued a refund for this amount and it would be issued in 5-10 business days. This time frame has passed and I have not received a refund nor do I have any genetic test results.

      Ive made multiple calls and emails to 10x in order to receive the test results. Results were never received. In August my phone call was escalated to a manager who told me they didnt receive our test kit so they cannot provide results therefore they can refund the amount paid. After that I received the email attached to this complaint that payment would be refunded. That refund was never received. This purchase was made 7 months ago.

      On August 18, we processed a refund of $1,299 back to the card ending in 2856. An email confirmation was also sent to you at that time, and Ive attached proof of the refund here for your reference. Since the refund was successfully submitted on our end, we recommend contacting your bank to verify the credit back to your account.
      Additionally, a team member has already reached out to you with this confirmation. As the desired refund amount was fully issued, this matter has been resolved on our side.
