      So easy to walk through and answered all of my questions as I went through the process. Very easy and helps recommend policies and takes what my apartment complex requires into account for me!

      Everything was super simple and easy to fill out. I would say just improve the packaging, by encasing the phone in bubble wrap or make it more secure, and try to make the packaging more water resistant in case of storms

      Assurant is just the absolute best. They listen. High quality replacement devices. Theyre on top of it with speed of service!! Im only with T-Mobile simply bcuz of assurant cuz I trust them and I know Ill be taken care of and not robbed like asurion has done. Robbed me. Stole money. Stolen devices not **********************.

      I chose this rating since I felt the employee at T-mobile was genuinely helpful, caring and extremely patient. This is very important since most people in sales seem to be rushed which can drive-away a customer.

      Maybe include a charger with device but I'm still appreciated with the device although I haven't been able to charge it due to no chrarger. But thank you.
