      We have never had any problems or issues when when filing a claim. We find an authorized dealer to make the repairs and they did all of the work. We will be sure to use them for all of our future!

      I have an Assurant Extended Service Warranty for my KitchenAid Double Wall Oven purchased in 2024. It has failed 7 times, has had 6 repairs and is still not working. They keep sending repairmen out, but it is still not working for 2 months. And they refuse to reimburse me so I can purchase a new oven. Do not purchase any warranties from Assurant.
