      I have been waiting for a return of a $1,000 deposit for more than a month and a half. When I call, they lie and say the check is coming and it never does. Or they say that the accountant isn't answering the phone and they will call or email me back. They never do. I am on the verge of having to file a lawsuit to get a deposit back. which is absolutely ridiculous. Do not give these people your money.

      Absolutely the worst management group I've come in contact with and I've owned several other properties. They don't answer complaints at all, they just go ignored. Rules in the building are disregarded and unenforced. They don't provide any communication at all to residents in advance of hurricanes, pre-planned power outages or updates as to building maintenance and major projects. The elevator shut-downs and noise issues are constant. It makes living in the building unpleasant. It was sold as a near luxury property but feels like archaic public housing with suspicious management, where are the all the dues going?
