      Quest Management Group is the management company for the building in which I am an owner of a unit. I have filtration going on for years and years but this past year the filtration is more serious. In one case there is filtration in the wall leading into my electrical panel which potentially can cause some sort of harm cause water and electricity dont go good together. Two week ago the ceiling fan over my head came off and was only holding by one s**** when it was removed it came of the roof because there is filtration not only is there a clear **** when you touch the roof it is moist. Today the owner Quest Management Group came out after me sending over 40 emails and he refused to acknowledge that it was wet he called it a ring ****. I asked him if he wanted a ladder to touch it for himself and he simply ignored the question believed what he wanted to believe because if you touch it is moist and I am on the last floor therefore it comes from the roof off the building. I have stressed to him and the board of the building my valid concerns that if the fan would have fallen while my granddaughter and I were sleeping it could have killed one of us. I also fear that the walls might have mold. They refuse to bring out actual companies that are capable of doing the jobs correctly and that are licensed and insured. I live across the **************** that collapsed about 3 years ago I know we only have 3 floors and the other much bigger but the building has never been repaired correctly. I have been an owner since it was under construction next year will be ************************************************* could have killed my granddaughter and that there is filtration going into the wall leading into the electrical panel I am outraged and in fear for safety of my family and myself.
