      Pardon me but I'm not happy and I'm frustrated with this entire experience. This should have been done the right way the fist time. Its not a major $$$$$ multi room project but a simple $$$ one room project, Yes just ONE ROOM. I was just on the phone with ** ****. **** it isn't professional to interrupt your customers. I thank you for the call but when you are wrong you are wrong. Your reason to reorders is wrong. A Dolphin representative came to the house and had time to order the correct piece from the start. To reorder indicates the job was done wrong from the start. Further, Dolphin placed 4 nails in one of our doors and 3 nails in the other, Yes Doors not floors. Your team used a nail gun it was loud. They didn't install the correct piece of wood in the door's entrance, at the doorway they removed 3 pieces of wood that when done correctly look like one. What they did was place 3 separate pieces with gaps, when I pointed it out the gaps the installers the "fix" was to cut out 2 more pieces and wedge those between, filling in the gaps but looking UGLY and CHEAP! They did use 5 planks with with scratches in the room and then handed me a full box of unused planks!? So they couldn't use planks from the unopened box? No they used damaged planks instead. ** **** it is not easy right now after covid for companies. But it isn't easy for consumers right now either, your staff and team need to do better. At the end of the day you get a one star review and I get to pay for a cheap crapy floor. If your staff and team did one mistake I'd consider letting you come back to fix the one item. But there is multiple errors and that isn't worth the risk today. And now I see a txt from **** the **** Now there could be two ***** one is the ** who I spoke with on the phone. I know this cause **** identified himself as one of the **'s with Dolphin. But then in the txt which is written from **** he stated he is the **** You say one thing and do another.       We worked with Dolphin in Coral Springs, FL--had a great experience with Mike in the store who helped us with product selection and explanation of the processes involved--he let us take home several samples to get a better idea of the finished project, and he came out to do the measurements himself. He coordinated with workers who came to elevate our sunken living room, remove our old laminate, and install new flooring and baseboards in several rooms. All of the workers involved were on time, professional, friendly, informative, and worked neatly. The finished floor looks great--we are very pleased and would recommend Dolphin highly.
