      ****************** at Dolphin Tiles off of ********* is the best! He worked with us on selecting a beautiful tile, provided us with a sample and kept his word all the way through the transaction. He made our purchase easy! Not to mention he was extremely patient and kind! Thank you for having such a character. We look forward to working with you again and giving out referrals.

      Dolphin has great prices!...I found the same tile at another dealer at almost twice the price, the best they would do was meet Dolphins' price. I worked with *** to purchase our tile, he is knowledgeable and seemed to have all the answers. When I told him I needed the tile in 4 days he said "no problem, I'll pick it up and have it here in 3."Thank you ***!

      Used Dolphin Carpet several times. Always a great experience. Mike assisted me in the store and was a great help in finding me a matching carpet that I purchased there almost 15 years ago. Highly recommend.

      Terrible experience! I have spent over ****** in flooring and the service and installation have been sub par. The floor looks cheap, especially the stairs. There is space between the planks where you could insert a credit card between.The caulking peeled off and separated the same day it was put in.The sales person did not address the my explicit product request Installation never completed Transitions between rooms poorly installed and leaving unsafe bumps where anyone can trip Dismissive sales and service I would like to know if this is your normal business model. Sell a product that looks cheap to customers and leave them hanging for quality service. I want a supervisor to come and see this mess. I wonder if Mr. ***************** will stand by this product and service. Maybe he does not care and that is why customers feel short changed. Today I was expecting the installation team to come and fix this mess. Nobody is here!Nobody has called to follow **. In fact, if I don't call to request follow *** I don't get any. Horrible experience. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
