    We were charged to our Discover $14.95 and we did not authorize a monthly service fee with this company. They state they don't even have an account for me. You call that number and it goes right to voicemail.

    On February 11, 2025 I used a service called **************************. It advertised "send a free fax anywhere. I prepared my fax and the web page instructed me to "Next." At the next page I could not send my Fax until I entered my credit card information for verification. I did so and my Credit card information was displayed and above it it showed $00.00 balance. The Fax went through (to the best of my knowledge. Later, I received an email from my credit card company that I had authorized a payment of $14.86 to **********. I called my credit card company to inquire. My credit card company gave me the number to ********** **************). The customer service lady I spoke wit told me it was my monthly subscription to FAX Falcon. I told her I had not authorized a subscription. I was then put on hold. She came back and told me she could cancel the subscription. I asked for a confirmation which was ********.CUST. ********************** seems to have a confusing web page to trick people into inadvertantly signing up for a subscription, even though there is no easily available notice of subscription. To me, this looks bait and switch and fraudulent. I want ************************** to quit being misleading, and make sure that I am not charge a subscription. I want my Credit card information purged from Fax Falcon and ************

    2/12/25 date of incident. This is a scam site that will charge your card even though it tells you it won't AND your fax fails AND your email is not registered with them to get any kind of support. I called the number listed for the charge on my CashApp Account as soon as I received notice of the charge after sending my 3 page fax. I was told by a representative from ********** this was $14.86 monthly "subscription" fee after a 5 day FREE trial that is "being held" until the FREE trial is over.I told her to cancel my "subscription" immediately because this was fraudulent advertising stating no charge to your card as long as you were under 3 pages, which I was! It stated it would charge zero today and when I went back to the very first page in small light print it said something about a trial and subscription the 2ND time I pulled up the same webpage. After the representative said she "cancelled the subscription" she stated I should get my money back in 5 to 7 business days and I said you told me it was "just being held."I get off the phone, make my documentation, go to my email and find out the fax "failed" and then my email "couldn't be found" on the website after that. Fax Falcon needs to be stopped - they have set up their site like FaxZero which TRULY does NOT charge for a 3 page fax and does not require financial information to send anything - so this company has basically spoofed a real companies website to rip people off. I want my money back and I want that site shut down or revamped to be clear as to the charge and stop looking like the ZeroFax website. Will update if I get my money back.

    I used fax falcon to send a fax and was guaranteed it was free and now I see they charged me for ***** for a trial subscription which at no time did I agree to. I had my doubts when it asked for payment information but it said card would not be charged, very misleading.

    I attempted to use their site to send a free fax. I was charged despite numerous promises that I wouldn't be. Additionally, I have no confirmation whether or not the fax was sent. Now they have my card set up for recurring payments to them.

    Site clearly states that there will be a zero charge for sending an efax but that a billing method needs to be submitted to confirm the fax. Upon sending I was charged $14.86 to my debit account. I had to go digging through their terms of service to see that they automatically put you on a reoccurring subscription that charges a monthly charge. As I stated the site clearly states there will be a $0.00 charge. The more I read online other people have been scammed and have even had their bank informations stolen. I called their customer service line which is just a voice mail. I emailed support and haven't received any response. It says you need to login to update your account settings to not get billed but it just keeps telling me my email isn't recognized. That doesn't make sense since ultimately I received an email from them confirming my fax was delivered.
