On 04/22 I was trying to send a fax and I was looking at online fax services. I found Fax Falcon interesting as it said free trial for 5 days, then 15$ USD per month after. I input my information and sent a fax that was supposed to be free (just one page on the same day I started the trial) only to find myself already charged 20.59$ CAD. Of course I was frustrated because of their fraudulent advertising so I went to cancel my subscription immediately. I tried contacting their support team through the website, no answer. Phone number on the website and number attached to my card, nothing it goes immediately to busy or vm. Now I can't even cancel my subscription so they'll just keep charging me without even giving me the option to cancel! At the very least I want to make sure they stop charging my card. (Not to mention all over reddit others have reported a similar scam/fraud, I'm just sad I didn't see it before trying their service)Initial Complaint

I went onto the site on 04/14/25 and sent a 2 page fax. The website says that you do not need an account to send a fax and it was free. But before you send a fax it asks for your credit card information stating you will not be charged for this fax. But then I was immediately charged $14.86 once I inputted my card information. And from my understanding from previous people, they are getting charged monthly for the one fax they sent. The website is misleading and I never would have inputted my card information if I knew I would have been charged.Initial Complaint

I was trying to use this companys website to send what was called a free fax and before clicking the send button everything on the **** said you will not be charged credit card for verification only. The second I clicked send I was instantly charged $14.86 from my account. I believe this is illegal and immoral charge. At no time did I agree or authorize any charge, I did not click anything stating that I approved a charge, nor did I click anything that resembled a checkout function. I was seeking free fax service, but this company requires $14.95 membership. I have been trying to contact them and they do not respond to my cancelation. I do not want them to charge me monthly for this membership. I have been trying to contact them to cancel with no response. I used Fax Falcon's website on March 15th, 2025 in which they offered a free fax (up to 3 pages). They asked for a credit card for verification purposes only. The webpage clearly states that I wouldn't be charged. I was subsequently charged $14.95. Their support says I have an account with them, however when I try logging in with the email it says that no user exists with my email. Their support says I have a subscription and I am unable to cancel since I cannot log in.Customer Answer

I have been erroneously charged $14.86 twice and this monthly charge is still active with no way of stopping it. I signed up for a free 5-day trial to send one fax then canceled the trial. I was told the service would NOT charge my card without my consent, but that is exactly what has happened, and there is no mechanism for me to (1) cancel this subscription I never signed up for, nor (2) stop the monthly charges from occurring. There is no phone number to call for this business. I completed an online request for customer support and never heard back. **** Website. Went to fax online as I don't have access to a fax machine, was prompted to put in my credit card information which I didn't think about until afterwards, was told I wouldn't be charged and was then promptly charged. Reached out to customer service who said I needed to sign in via email to access my account to cancel the subscription. I did that 3-4 times and received a message each time saying that the email associated with that account was invalid and couldn't log me in. Finally, I contacted their "customer service" and was told that I would be issued a "refund". ************/website. They need to be shut down.Initial Complaint

FaxFalcon website and internet browser referenced absolutely free fax service. I have a copy of this ************** the process of completing the information on their website I was asked for a credit card but it would not be charged. Immediately following the fax submission for sending, my credit card was charged $14.86. When trying to log into their site to file a complaint, they responded that my email was not in their database which is the email used on their website to send the ****** researching online reviews of FaxFalcon, there are many reviews of being scammed for the same amount of money. The charge to my **** Card was made from MPAYMT.com786-6971147FLUS for $14.86 and was made on Feb 14, 2025 at 2:47 PM moments after I completed the Fax transactionCustomer Answer
