    I've been a costumer for a few years and first: after 3 years and yes, I understand I only have 1 truck, they still charge me 3.5 % interest to this date for every load factored. Second: it's gotten to a point where the minimum broker comment or anything they consider a hold off they will hold payment for the load until they received THEIR payment or their assurance of payment. Aren't factoring companies supposed to assume the RISK so we can get paid fast and stay liquid? Forget about that with Summar. Most brokers now a days offer quick pay, Am hooked for another year with these guys but after that I never want to hear about Summar much less factoring.

    Dear ********, thank you for taking the time to offer your feedback. We reached out several times to review your account and help you with anything you may need, but unfortunately failed to connect. We lowered your rate over a year ago, please check this reduced percentage on your purchase statements. If you wish, we are available to review them together. In relation to the currently pending payment, the broker states the load is on hold for damages and, unfortunately, damaged freight is not covered by factoring. We are more than happy to help you clarify the situation with the broker, just let us know if we can be of assistance.
