I ***** started factoring SUMMAR FIANNCIAL not that they lie on everything but that they are the WORST costumer service ever once you hooked with them you stuck and need to pay BIG BUCKS$$$$$ to get release letter from them I mean it big $ and if any one comes around SUMMAR FINANCIAL stay away!! The sales person wont tell you but they will charge you 10% of whatever line you sign. Or in my case this person *********************************** wont even listen to you, he talks over you and is not customer service oriented. *********************************** does not acknowledge his lack of experience they don't look at the paperwork and send wrong rate sheets to the Broker making the payment to us delayed. Far way I swear they are very very bad news now that I do all invoices my self Im 100% better. Please please do not fall for their low rates because you will pay high termination fees or wont even let you go.Business response

I went into a contract with Summar for factoring of trucking loads that our company transports with brokers. Our job, as carriers, is to transport loads and then upload all documentation (BOL, rate con, etc) to our portal with Summar and then in turn they will pay us for this load taking the agreed percentage fee. Their job is to contact ****************** to get paid for this load and recoup their money. We have been struggling to get paid as they do not pay us until they have confirmation from the broker and this was not disclosed to us. We were only advised we had to check the broker, and if approved, it was all good to go. The contract with Summar was only 3 months, which expires on September 6, 2022 as we were promised only a trial to see if we would like it and if so we could renew after that. Now, that we have decided to cancel due to we are dissatisfied with the way they are handling the factoring, they are refusing to cancel stating "it was on auto renew" and we had to "give a 30day notice" to cancel the contract. This is really a scam, they do not disclose all the information up front, offer terrible services and then renew the contract for a full year without our consent.Business response
