      I had an issue with my Speechify subscription, and Jerylle provided excellent customer service professional, kind, and quick to resolve everything. While Speechify isnt the right fit for me at this time, its something I would definitely consider going back to. I highly recommend both the product and the outstanding support!

      They robbed me. I canceled my subscription months ago. They still fraudulently took ****** out of my bank account today and my bank flagged them for fraudulent activity. Im seriously ******.

      Stolen content, read poorly. This is a waste of money and ethically questionable on how they bypass copyright protection of authors. Plus its glitchy and expensive.

      I had an issue with my subscription with Speechify and Just when I thought there would not be a good resolution my customer support agent, ***** when unexpectedly above and beyond to help me work it out. Im beyond grateful. Good customer service and kindness is hard to come by. Ariels amazing service shows that it still exists and companies like Speechify creates a culture that empowers people like *****. It shows they care and I highly recommend their software because of it.

      I recently had occasion to deal with their customer service and found them to be excellent! Arial helped me untangle a difficult situation and was very understanding of my dilemma. She proposed what I felt was a fair compromise, even though they clearly were in the right and I was wrong.Within a matter of a few quick emails the matter was settled to my satisfaction. Thank you to ***** and her team at Speechify!

      Cuts out, lags, sound volume turns to a whisper. Not worth your money. No resolution. We should be able to get our money back, but once they've got it, it's ********* works for a while, then it's junk. What a waste. I was told there are all these fake positive reviews. I agree. They are fake.

      For anyone that is into personal improvement and wants to both read and listen in different voices or listen at different speeds and -and - and ,speechify is the ticket.Check it out take it for a test drive. You will be glad that you did.
