      I am filing a complaint against speechify for altering the terms of an offer after I had already accepted it. The company initially presented me with a deal for a reduced cost for an online subscription service app in writing. which I agreed to accept. However, they claimed that the offer was actually in USA funds, dispute my written confirmation this significantly changes the cost.This constitutes misleading and deceptive business practices, as I relied on the original terms in making my decision. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue directly, the company has refused to honor the agreed-upon deal. I am seeking for spechify to uphold the original offer and conduct business transparently.I request the Better Business Bureau to review this matter and take appropriate action to prevent similar issues for other consumers.

      I subscribed to Speechifys services but requested cancellation per their websites policies as I no longer needed the service. Despite this, Speechify continued to charge me even though I no longer had access to their product.I initially reached out to their support team to request cancellation, yet my subscription was not terminated, and I continued to be billed. I have been charged a total of $145, with the most recent charge of $29 on February 13, 2025. Despite multiple follow-ups with their support team, I have not received a refund, and my subscription remains active against my wishes.Speechifys failure to process my cancellation request and continued unauthorized billing constitutes unfair and deceptive business practices. I am seeking an immediate refund for the total amount charged and confirmation that my account has been permanently canceled to prevent further unauthorized charges.

      My child asked if he could download a app to assist with his class work which he did, he couldnt find what he needed but in the process, downloaded and thought he deleted or unsubscribed to Speechify. I thought that the company would understand that the product isnt being used and asked for my money back. I also felt that they would see as soon as I saw that Money was deducted out of my account at 4 AM in the morning I responded thats how surprised I was that they were even charging me. I read that if the product wasnt being used in a certain amount of time that they would refund the funds, and were not using it, My child cant. I dont need the product. I cant use the product so Im simply asking for my refund.

      This company charged me a yearly subscription of ****** on February 6 withought me consenting to it. The company didn't email me or notify me of this charge to my account until after I had already cancelled the subscription. I contacted ***** support right after they charged my account ******** to help me figure out the situation and my refund was denied twice.I received an email from ***** with the confirmation of the transaction an hour later. I emailed the company and so far there has been no help from their part. I never intended to purchase this subcription, I'm a college student and I cannot afford to loose that money. Unfortunately there has been no help from either Apple or Speechify. It seems awful to me that they are targeting minors and charging ridiculous amounts of money without notifying the user.

      Apologies for the delay in response. I just wanted to inform you that we received an inquiry from this user who subscribed via *****. Since 30% of the payment is retained by *****, we offered the user a 70% refund and requested their ****** ID for processing the refund. However, the user became unresponsive.

      I attempted to cancel the trial subscription but couldn't find a way to do so even though they sent me a link I couldn't cancel. It wasn't connected to my ****** so I thought it wouldn't charge me and I immediately contacted them them when they charged me but they have not responded. I have NEVER used this service.
