    If it was possible to give no stars, I would. This company is a **** and causes issues with your computer just so they can be paid to fix the issues they caused. Whatever you do, DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO ACCESS YOUR COMPUTER OR LAPTOP!! They are 100% ********.

    The Fegon Group LLC is a 100% scam company. They are very convincing that they are legitimate, but they are not. They will take your money, pretend they are trying to resolve your issues but in fact they are just extorting money from you. Potential names to be aware of in this company are K****, M***** and J*** all pretending to be managers in this company. They also told me that their new name is *******, LLC. Do not be fooled, they are not part of this company. Further research indicated that this company was based out of *****, *******. Upon research I learned they were permanently closed. Do not pay them especially with gift cards such as ***** Vanilla, and Target gift cards. You will not get your money back and they will block your phones so you are unable to reach them. These people represent the lowest form of live, Thieves.

    I will NEVER let a Fegon or Techwire person ever touch my computer. Absolutely awful experience and they refuse to refund my money. I got hacked TWICE through their "security" software. Hackers are routinely calling me now claiming to be from Techwire or Fegon. Also, they said my Windows key was corrupt and I had to buy a new Windows program license they would charge me for. I simply went to my Windows account and simply reset the key. This shows a GROSS lack of computer knowledge. They keep calling even though I told them to stop MULTIPLE TIMES even though I have told them multiple times that their software has been removed from my computer. When I to ask for my money back, they always end the phone call. Been two years and not a dime of my money is returned. Never, ever will I recommend this company and definitely will not let them get anywhere any of my electronic devices.

    I bought into the computer protection scheme offered by FEGON group and things seem to be good until it was time to renew. I got this spiel about how I need to have a *** and only their version of *** would work, and I was shown a list of hackers attempting to gain access to my computer. Then the cost - it was a negotiated price, and because I am now retired and on Social Security, I would receive the best price for the *** installation and support. ($999.99) Then came time for the payment. My credit card would not be acceptable. I had to go to Target and purchase 2 gift cards equal to total value of the purchase. We went round and round but the only payment would be Target Gift Cards. So, I said no and asked them to cancel my subscription service. I never got a clear reason as to why I had to Target gift cards. Didn't sound right to me. So, I told the sales person to just cancel the service. Upon which, I needed to setup an appointment with the technician so that the license for their software could be retrieved. ?? What, only the technician can remove the license? Yes, that's right. Has anyone else experienced this scheme?It's an old computer and later this year I'm buying a new computer -- and Fegon Group will not be servicing my computer.
