    I WOULD LIKE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE FEGON GROUP LLC INSTEAD OF *** TECH SOLUTIONS. IN SEPTEMBER OF 2021 I WAS SCAMMED FOR $580.00 BY **********************, WHO CLAIMED TO BE AN EMPLOYEE OF *** TECH SOLUTIONS. IN NOVEMBER OF 2021, I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB. *** RESPONDED THAT ********************** WAS NOT AN EMPLOYEE OF THEIR COMPANY. THEN *******************, SALES AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGER OFFERED TO ME A REFUND FOR SERVICES TO DATE FROM *** IN THE AMOUNT OF $513.00. I ACCEPTED THE REFUND AND *** WAS TO HAVE NO FUTHER CONTACT WITH ME IN THE FUTURE. IN ************************************ STARTING IN 2023 TO DATE, THEY EMAILED ME TWICE. ONCE IN DECEMBER AND ONCE IN JULY. THEY WERE TRYING TO MAKE AN UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE AMOUNT OF $349.95, FOR A PRODUCT I NEITHER WANT OR NEED FROM A COMPANY THAT I DONT DO BUSINESS WITH.

    I signed up with Fegon Group for report computer support after purchasing my computer from Best Buy in 2019. I grew frustrated with their service after I confirmed recommendations and charges from them were not necessary for my machine. I cancelled my service in May 2022, however I continue to get emails and calls threatening charges to my account. They want to get on machine to retrieve their licenses? I confirmed with my new local IT specialist this should never be necessary. I have refused them access to my system and the harassing calls continue.

    5 years of network security 5 years of norton coverage and 5 years of support and services! PAID ****** FOR THIS SERVICE monday, june 24, 2019 at 7:57 pm and now they are closed permanently I would like a refund if possible!

    ***** Group just sent me a receipt for $349 that they were charging my bank account. I did not authorize this nor do I do business with the company. I have not used them in over a year and do not plan to use them in the future

    On 12/13/22 I fill this company strong arm me about what I owed them they said that I electronic sign a form, but I dont think that I did the form that I sign stated that for $149.95 I will have protection for my computer and internet services for 5 years now they are saying that I owe $ ****** for each of the years starting in 2020 till ****. I called to cancelled and the said that they could forgive the years of 2023 to **** and they gave me 3 option to pay to cancelled They wanted me to leave my house to go to CVS or ********* to send payment that night 12/13/22 or make payment online and I had to pay that day and I mistakenly gave them ***** to my banking account because they would not take any other form of payment. They had me login to my bank and use Zelle and when that would not go though, they told me to call the bank and have them put it though, so I had to my password and user ID changed because of that as they had remote ***** to my account which on my part was stupid, I was not think Stright I was so upset. He was very adamant that I should do this now and I was so upset that I fell for it. There was no way to get in touch with them but to call I even tried to go online to file a complaint, but they have no website. I fill I was taking advantage of and yes, I should have known better then to fall for this I get scam calls every day, but I fell for this one. I dont think this company is legitimate in the way they tried to strong arm me into asking me to give the remote access to my checking account and I stupidly gave in to them a hard ****** learn. They use strong arm tactics on you to get money out of you to say that they need it that day and to say you need to go out now and get the money and send it to us or they will send your account to a third party and refuses to take any other form of payment. I would never have signed service for the price of $****** a year when there is less expensive option out there. I was told $149.95 for 5 years.

    Transaction was at and around Aug 4, 2022 They were given $2,000 in Gift Card payments.They claimed this was a temporary payment to get Apple to remove Trojan hacks.They said the money would be immediately returned.Repeated efforts have been made to contact them, but numbers are cancelled, and website is gone.Fegon Group keeps calling me and claims someone else using their name is responsible.They always want to have direct access to the computer to "look for up-dates".

    Today received an invoice for $349 and it seems it is an automated debit to my account. Had some business with this company in **** but never again. Must be some scam - looking up company it says permanently closed.
