    My credit card was hacked after using this website. They do not get back to you until almost a full week after you request assistance on this website. I requested a cancellation the same day and was told a full week later (after my credit card information was compromised), that they do not allow for cancellations or refunds. I would never recommend this business to others.

    Misleading and Unethical Practices I was misled by this companys website, which gives the impression that it is a government site where filing a BOIR Report is required. However, this is not the casethis is a private company that charges a fee to file, even though the same report can be submitted for free through the official government website. When I contacted them the same day to request a cancellation and refund, they were unhelpful and refused to resolve the issue. I strongly advise against using their servicesfile your BOIR Report directly with the government to avoid unnecessary fees.

    This organization claims to be affiliated with ****** and its website appears to be a way to file your BOIR report with ******. The ".org" appears to make it more valid. But the organization actually charges $149 in fees and the disclosure of those fees is in small print toward the end of the process. And the organization provides no confirmation or evidence that your information is ever logged with ******. The collect your banking information in the process.
