    ******** appears to be an official website (with government logos), but only at the very bottom (long after any links to start the filing process) it discloses it is not. It is only after entering all of your confidential information that a fee is disclosed. They reference a privacy policy, but I can't find any on their website.The actual government website lets you file a BOI Report for free, with almost exactly the same amount of effort.

    Was charged $349 to file the **** form that was an exact duplicate of the form the US Government uses (asked for the same info, took the same amount of time to fill in.) Doesn't say that it isn't affiliated with the government except for at the very bottom, and is also listed BEFORE the official government website on ******. As this is a new form, most people are only aware of the **** name and not the agency running the filing program. There needs to be a pop-up or something clearly stating that this is a third-party site - they are taking people's money to file a form that is free, and the government should actually be intercepting these things because they are scams.

    I never get scammed, but I fell for this one when I tried to file my BOI Report. I don't know why they are allowed to operate. I'm disappointed in myself and now worried that my identity will be stolen. Hopefully others will read this and avoid it.

    Scam. Wish 0 stars was a thing because this company is such a scam. Was charged $149, requested a refund, they said no and when I respond their email no longer works. This is NOT the official website. The report is free to file on the government website, be careful! They are sneaky.

    I had the same experience as others: the site mimics an official government website and scams unsuspecting business owners into paying $349 to file a BOIR form. Because this is a new requirement, I assumed the fee was legit and paid it without question. This website clearly exists solely to scam people like me who are trying to comply with a new law and are hazy on the details.

    Misleading and Unethical Practices I was misled by this company's website, which gives the impression that it is a government site for filing a required BOIR Report. However, this is not the case, this is a private company that charges a fee to file, even though the same report can be submitted for free through the official government website. When I contacted them the same day to request a cancellation and refund, they were not available by phone. After further exploring on the site, I discovered they will not refund anything. It seems funny that an organization that practices as an officially authorized service provider with the US Government or the ************************************ (******) participates in fraud itself. Mirroring the government website and charging nearly $200 for a service offered by the government for free should be enough to have them shut down. Where are the organizations my tax dollars pay to protect us from such vultures? I strongly advise against using their services. File your BOIR Report directly with the government to avoid unnecessary fees.

    Very sneaky business. You enter your credit card info but are never given a "check-out" or "process payment" option, and you are charged before you even complete or submit a report. Which, by the way, is free to file directly. ********* company is hoping that businesses trust that this is a legit site and that using it is the way to file. I have requested a refund, as I never completed the forms or submitted them. If I do not receive one I will be disputing with my credit card, but wanted to warn others either way.

    There is no fee to file your business' BOIR information. This website is a scam! It appears before the government website when you do a ****** search. Not only do they charge $199 they state that your FinCEN number will be sent to you within 7 days of filing. You should receive your FinCEN number immediately when filing & it is absolutely free to do!!

    This was the first site that showed up when trying to file my BOI. I quickly saw the .org url and assumed it was the same as **** thinking it was safe. I later realized it was a scam after entering personal information. I tried calling the number but no luck.
