    I made two purchases for a plan renewal and text messaging on 12/18/2023 Master card $68.43 Transaction ID: *********** plan renewal Master Card **** Transaction Id *********** text messaging The text messaging did not activate and showed a cryptic message. I chatted with nettalk about the problem and they did not resolve it. I asked for a refund.I sent several email requesting a refund and they shut off my telephone service.

    The nettalk telephone service resumed working after removal of the Nettalk android cellphone app and the 9:00 texting serving option that does not work. Therefore I am only requesting the a $9.00 refund for the text messaging service that does not work.

    Today Nov 2/23 I realized that the reason why I got disconnected and could not reset my nettalk device is because the business closed down their business and never notified me and I was warned to find a another phone company because the new company will scam me. So I want to delete my account and not to debit November's month. I tried calling ************** and can't make any connection. The mailing address is a new address and the new company might know my new address or not. My apt number is H3

    I am rejecting this response because:
    After what I read in a search engine I don't trust this company. I do not want this nettalk company to debit november month and I want to cancel my account/service with nettalk. I threw away .my device and my garbage is on it's way to the landfill.

    I'm having trouble connecting to their website. I keep getting error message 403. I cant' reach them. I never had this problem before. It just started. What is causing this.? I checked out error message 403. I found out it is a problem with their website. I need to access my account! Could you please, have Nettalk e-mail me with a solution Is it their problem or mine? ******************* Why I im being denied access to their website?

    I renewed my Basic NetTALK CONNECT phone service for four years back on (Transaction Date) Sep 22, 2020, 12:07:44 PM Transaction ID: ***********. It is scheduled to expire October 5, ****. I am clearly prepaid in advance. ************* through the provider has not worked for nearly a year. I have decided to port over the phone number to my wireless provider, ******** On March 31, 2023 I sent a request to port the phone number over to ******** **************** at ******* on April 3rd, April 6, and April 10th sent yet additional requests to release the line and port it over to no avail. I have attempted to call NetTALK phone number listed in the Terms and Services on the company website at ************. It did not appear to be a legitimate company phone number. In addition, I have attempted to use the online chat session without any response for a couple of hours. I have owned a new phone for nearly 2 weeks without any phone service. I would like NetTALK to release my phone number and port it over to ********

    We are sorry to hear you are having an issue porting out your number. netTALK does not deny any port our requests made to our providers however we often see the winning carrier send port out requests to the wrong internal provider which creates a port out issue. I looked into your phone number and your number is held by Peerless Wireless. ******* will need to make an LNP request to Peerless in order to complete the port out. There is no PIN or account number necessary to complete the port out as all VOIP numbers are allowed to be ported out without rejection. We see that your chat on April 10th was answered the next day. Unfortunately, we had limited support hours following Easter Sunday and thus the chat was addressed the following morning. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our support team at *************************************.
