    I purchased a truck with good faith from this dealership. the check engine light was on I explained to them I lived about 5 hours away, that I was In ***** for vacation, and that I was going back home 3 days after purchasing the truck. The manager understood my situation and offered that if I took the car to get a diagnostic he would reimburse me if i had to pay out of pocket which I did i submitted the information to the email he provided me its been two months and he ignored my calls. can someone else get the refund, i have paperwork he signed agreeing to these terms this manager has horrible customer service is a liar, and can not be trusted.

    The ******************* starting with Management, down to the employees, are unprofessional, dismissive, and lack professionalism to deal with any customer. I have already contacted ********************** Corporate, where an ongoing case is in process, but since I had no choice to go back to the dealership to resolve an issue that THEY caused...and continue to be ignored (ZERO ********** from ANYONE...we're going on 2 weeks...Oh, and NO Repair order?? Isn't this Service 101??). Therefore, it's only fair that they receive a scathing review for this, as ALL consumers should be alerted to this sham of a service dealership. The left my car out in the rain....with a broken window that was stuck down...failed to show any remorse or offer sensible resolutions, and continuously drop the ball in contacting their customers- leaving the customer in the dark and chasing THEM! And still....you can't get a hold of anyone who can resolve matters. I've even conveyed this to an email to the ** over a week ago...and received NO acknowledgement, NO reply nor a resolution (or any semblance of trying to save a customer....but hey! they're sales guys are extremely eager to connect with you to try and have you purchase a car from them via a trade). It's laughable. I've been in the sales/business development/Customer Service world for 30+ years, and NEVER have I felt so ignored and dismissed. If there is one silver lining, it would be *******, my case manager, who's been responsive, attentive, and empathetic, and offering possible options at her capacity. I intend on continuing to escalate this until SOMEONE of authority at Kendall Hyundai wishes to step forward and provide insight, remedies...and perhaps some remorse?? Thank you for this platform....now, I'm off to continue to convey this to other platforms, as this is simply unacceptable to any customer. Side note...I would leave ZERO stars on the revie, but this platform won't allow me.
