      ZERO ?? stars!!!!! Worst experience I've ever had renting a car. The girl had awful people skills and did not explain things properly. We did not want toll package and she had us sign paper for toll package for ***** a day....told us deposit was over $2000 and that if we paid 186 it would waive that We declined insurance provided our own and my credit card covers insurance for rental car. Did not explain anything properly and when we questioned certain things she got snarky with us. I paid online thru ******** and it said fees upon pick up of car would be $0 unless we add things at pickup which we did not. The gentleman working the counter next to her checked in @5-6 customers while we were still dealing with her...the lady that was in front of us had issues with her too. I expect to be reimbursed that $186 ASAP and I better get my security deposit back as well. Other reviews of this company state they never got their deposit back.

      If I could give zero stars, I would for One Switch Car Rental customer service on the phone/emails. I rented a Nissan-Rouge SUV from November 1st to November 3rd, 2024, here at their Tampa location thru the Expedia website. After an hour, after being shuttled from Tampa Int'l to 5124 W Cypress St. Tampa, I had to sign electronically about 10 docs and give a $250.00 security deposit that I was advised in person it would be returned in 7 days. It never happened. I have emailed and called them on Tues. 11/12/24, to please refund my security deposit. I received an email reply on 11/14 after calling them a 2nd time to refund my deposit..."The security deposit takes between 10-15 business days after the rental ends to be returned to the card on file" from ******* from Customer Care Team of "One Switch Rent A Car". It's business day NUMBER 16, today 11/25 and I have not received anything or an email. I called and spoke to Abraham at ************ and he states that it is 30 business days. That is UNACCEPTABLE since I returned the Nissan with a full tank of gas and no incidents. As a military veteran I am disgusted to have encountered this company and will report it to the BBB (Better Business Bureau), Expedia, my military bank and every review platform regarding your scam. They lie about returning security deposits back within the 7 business days. Stay away from this company AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!!! TOTAL INCONVENIENCE and conflicting information they provide.
