      This business is run by a scammer stay far away horrible personality abusive to his employees in legal trouble with his customers as well and then he attacks anyone who leaves a slightly negative review on ****** making up huge lies so he seems like a victim truly a professional scammer

      December 2024. STOP !! Do not waste your money with this business. They are legitimate scammers. I sent them an instrument gauge cluster for repair. They called stating that a new one was better. I spent $400 for the item and $60 for shipping to have the exact defective part returned. Oh, and wire transfer or check only - no credit cards. Huge clue !! They do not return phone calls or emails. What a rip off. Save your money.

      Hello , Mr. ****** ******

       

       We called you and explain we replace the *** display , what you asked for . We buy them from Asia like all the other products now in the market .We let you know your *** instrument cluster has 30 days warranty and please you too ship it back in the 30 days grace period . When we buy electronics parts as soon we open the box the warranty is gone . We on the other hand we still give to our customers 30 days warranty in the good will and that's from us we cover the **** . Anyhow you complain about the instrument cluster panel at the time we contact you what is different than *** instrument cluster , you told us that the all panel is flickering , that has nothing to do with our job , replacing the *** . Nether the less we asked you to send it back and we will check it for you . You never send it back and now we just find out complain . OK , this approached will get you nowhere , we offer our help and good will , you never contact us after , on the bottom is copy paste our emails . Anyway you did not contact us next day , more like 10 days after you received your instrument cluster , still , we was helping you even in that scenario.

      On January 23, 2025, I received the repaired (new) instrument panel from your company via ***. The panel was sent to you as the center *** panel was flickering intermittently making it illegible.

      Upon receipt of the repaired part, I installed it back into the car and re-connected the battery. When I started the car, the panel looked okay and was not experiencing any problems. The next day when the car was started, the panel immediately began to flicker as before. I have driven the car twice since that day and each time the panel flickers intermittently and then appears normal.

      It appears that the *** panel was not replaced / repaired as I had expected. I would appreciate your opinion on the possible problem and / or what action should be taken.

      That Dashboard shop is the worst do not use them as liars fabricating manipulating never repaired our instrument and charge us $460.00 for nothing. Be careful demand that We request that you supply all evidence and proof that you test and how you repair the *** 550i instrument with the final test to show your repair was successfully completed if no proof and evidence provided we will demand full refund..

      Customer Interaction Regarding 2007 *** *********************************************
      Mr. ***** ***** from Autotech (***************************************************) sent us a 2007 *** instrument cluster for repair. From the beginning, we informed him that the issue might not be with the instrument cluster itself. However, he insisted, emphasizing his extensive experience as a mechanic.
      Upon receiving and inspecting the instrument cluster, we found no faults. To verify our findings, we purchased a used instrument cluster, programmed it with his vehicles VIN, mileage, and other necessary data, and sent it back to him. As expected, the issue persisted, confirming that the problem was not with the instrument cluster.
      After receiving the replacement, Mr. ***** called us, shouting, using offensive language, and making threats. We remained professional and let him express his frustrations before calmly explaining again that the instrument cluster he received was a cloned unit, proving our initial diagnosis. Despite this, he became increasingly frustrated, continued to insult us, and abruptly ended the call.
      Unfortunately, situations like this arise when individuals allow ego to overshadow expertise. We always strive to provide honest, professional service, but some customers refuse to accept the facts.

      This place is a scam, they take your cluster and repair it without authorization and then hold it hostage. They wanted $1,000 for unauthorized repair, a new cluster was $600. Stay away from this place, it is a total rip off.

      Customer Dispute 2012 Aprilia Tuono *********************************************
      Mr. **** ******* brought us a 2012 Aprilia Tuono instrument cluster with a defective *** display. We replaced the *** and its driver, tested it, and soon discovered that the power supply and other electronic components were overheating. This indicated additional underlying issues beyond the initial *** problem.
      We promptly informed Mr. ******* that while the *** was now fully functional, further repairs were necessary to ensure the long-term reliability of his instrument cluster. We advised him of the risks and provided a quote of $800$900 for the complete repair. We also let him know that sourcing the required components would take one to two weeks, as some parts needed to be ordered from ***** and *****
      After about a week, Mr. ******* called and stated that he no longer wished to wait and wanted his instrument cluster back. We reminded him that:
      The *** repair was completed, and he owed $500, which he had previously agreed to.
      The additional repairs were still in progress, awaiting one final microprocessor from ****, which was expected soon based on the tracking information.
      At this point, he became aggressive, yelling, swearing, and threatening to call the police. Despite this, we remained professional and presented him with three clear options:
      Revert the repair We would remove the installed parts, including the ***, and he would only need to pay the $150 diagnostic fee.
      Pay for the completed *** repair He could pay $500 and pick up the cluster in its current working condition.
      Wait for full repair completion Once the final component arrived, he would pay $800$900 for the complete service.
      He refused all options and instead called the police. When the officers arrived, we professionally explained the entire situation, and a report was made.
      The next day, Mr. ******* contacted us again, attempting to smooth things over. However, since he had escalated the matter to law enforcement, we informed him that we would only communicate further through his lawyer, per the officers' advice. Unhappy with this response, he left a one-star review on BBB, which we found ironic.
      Mr. *******, we were on your side and genuinely tried to help. You chose the wrong approach.
